"오래되었지만 관리가 잘된 호텔이긴 합니다만,방음이 전혀 안되어 정말 불편했습니다. 9층에서 3박하였는데 내내 옆방 대화소음이 너무 잘들려서 정말 불편했고 둘째날은 밤새 천장에서 물흐르는 소리가, 셋째날은 바람이 많이 불어서인지 천장에서 우르릉 거리는 소음땜에 쾌적하게 쉬지 못했습니다.좋은호텔 고른다고 고심해서 고른 호텔인데 많이 아쉬웠습니다."

"I would like to thank a very kind front desk staff member at Hotel Arc Ramblas. When I checked in late, there was a male staff member on duty. My bag had been stolen at Barcelona Airport, and I had nothing with me. He kindly lent me a charging cable and adapter for my iPhone free of charge and offered some comforting words. His help was invaluable, allowing me to relax during my stay at Hotel Arc. Although I forgot to ask his name, I will never forget his kindness. Thank you. The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance. The consulate was easily accessible on foot, and the metro station was just steps away. I will choose this hotel again, when I come back to Barcelona."
