Todo estuvo muy bien, excepto que no respetaron mi reservacion, según el hitel por culpa de expedia, y tuve que pagar extra para tener lo que ya había pagado, y los agentes de expedia brillaron por su ausencia, 3 agentes diferentes me atendieron y 5 que no aceptaron la comunicación, eso dice mucho, y al final no resolvieron y hasta ahorita nada, pésimo servicio, solo para cobrar la comisión son buenos, en fin

Staff, I made a mistake when I booked my days. I called Expedia customer service to change my booking and make corrections, but the desk agent denied the manager’s request and refused to help me. As a result, I ended up paying an extra day that I didn’t use because the employees were unwilling to assist me. The customer service was terrible; the agents were rude and unhelpful. My family and I have decided never to return to this hotel again.
