"We recently stayed at Cragun’s Resort and had a pleasant overall experience with a few areas for improvement. The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, which we definitely appreciated.
That said, there were some noticeable maintenance issues. There were stains on the ceiling from what appeared to be a past water leak, and the shower felt quite run down, with caulking chipping around the drain. The property overall seemed very dated—not unkept, but clearly in need of some refreshing.
On a positive note, it was encouraging to see that renovations are currently underway. With those updates, this resort has great potential to really elevate the guest experience. We’d be interested in returning once the facelift is complete to see the improvements firsthand."

"The room was fresh smelling when we entered. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the temp was perfect. The only complaint I have is the neighbors were so noisy until 4 in the morning so the sleep wasn’t the best. "
