"Fantastic staff, starting with the super Cinzia and the amazing Daniele, the resort’s master chef. Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer and experience Saturday pizza night. Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa."

"We liked the hotel and choose it for it's size of the rooms which are hard t find in the area. Proximity from here to Modica/Ragusa was also great and why we picked it. Breakfast was nice since there arent many options very close but there was a charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful but some didnt speak English very well so patience is key or better to know some Italian! "We had such a good time staying at Villa Felicia! The setting is very peaceful, there are lemon and lime trees all around, it's quite and beatiful. The best part is the staff, they are incredibly warm and welcoming. Rooms are simple and rustic but very comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and the restaurant is surpringly very good - an elevated version of traditional Sicilian dishes."

"Wonderful experience at this hotel which is in a renovated palazzo. The front desk staff were wonderful and friendly, especially Marisa who recommended the zucchini pizza at the restaurant around the block. The room was fine, very comfortable bed. The morning breakfast was laid out the grand ballroom and there were many options to choose from in the buffet. We felt very well cared for from start to finish. Our only regret was that we were just staying one night. We wish we could have stayed longer. "
