The carpet in the room was filthy, all my sock were dirty by the end of the night, our phone to call the front desk didn't work, need a towel rack by the sink, bathroom door didn't close all the way so any one could see into the bathroom, breakfast was ok nothing special, staff was very friendly, we would not stay here again.

We went for the 2026 Jeep Invasion in Pigeon Forge. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room next door had music playing and you could hear it in the hallway but you couldn’t hear it in the room. That’s a bonus. The food each morning was delicious. There was a great selection of biscuits and gravy or scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles or cereal. A whole variety of bread and bagel options. There was fresh fruit and yogurt also. I even used the pool on Thursday. That felt great since it was so hot out. We would use this hotel again.

We loved staying here. My child has already asked if we can stay here again the next time we come to the mountains. It’s very convenient to the outlets, which was our main goal. The parking was always plentiful and the elevator is a short walk away. The breakfast every morning was great. We booked a loft room, which my child loved. The staff is very nice and helpful if you need anything. We would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly. The beds had very small/few pillows on a king bed. Overall the room was clean, I do wish they paid a little more attention to the floors as my feet were left dirty after walking around barefoot for just a few minutes. Regardless, would stay here again, good place for the price. Had good amount of parking.

Breakfast was good. People were smoking in their room or on the balcony. Broken light fixture. Poor room refresh. We ran out of wash clothes and TP. But worst of all was the side door didn't close properly and so anyone could access the interior rooms all night with out a room card. Never stay there again
