Room was clean and modern. I will say if you get a room facing the highway you will hear the traffic—constantly! It was quite shocking actually and I like “white noise”. Get a room on the back side of the hotel would be my advice. Good property for the money and not the typical Best Western plus—it’s nicer.

We had a good stay at Best Western Plus Apple Valley Lodge. The location was great, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also very kind and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. My biggest complaint was the layout of the room. The toilet and tub are in a separate room from the sink and vanity, and I really didn’t care for that setup. It makes it difficult for one person to get ready in the morning without disturbing someone who wants to sleep a little longer. Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and appreciated the cleanliness and friendly staff. However, the bathroom layout was a big enough issue for me that I wouldn’t book this room again. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Best Western was very nice and the rooms are upgraded and clean. The balcony was a plus. The staff was excellent and helpful. The breakfast was a full breakfast iand was very good. The price and location was great. Thank you Best Western, We will be back again.

The carpet in the room was filthy, all my sock were dirty by the end of the night, our phone to call the front desk didn't work, need a towel rack by the sink, bathroom door didn't close all the way so any one could see into the bathroom, breakfast was ok nothing special, staff was very friendly, we would not stay here again.
