Everything was excellent except the tea/sugar/creamer supplies. But that doesn’t matter at all because they provide breakfast and free foods in the evening during weekdays! For 100$ a night is easily bang for the buck! Lobby with a view of charming mountains, clean spacious pool, clean and wide passage , smooth parking, welcoming staff and the awesome kitchen ! This is a beautiful hotel with an amazing atmosphere, breathtaking views, and exceptional service. It was our family’s first time in the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee, and the experience was absolutely magical. Everything was great, I would actually recommend it, but when we arrived, we were my 3 children and I was 2 hours waiting, my ticket was at 3 PM and only until 5 PM they gave us the keys, the person who was attending to the clients very normal, as the clients did not matter, the decision, for the rest, 5 stars the cleaning, the order, the breakfast was everything was great.

The hotel and staff are great. Location is convenient to everything if you’re driving, or you can take the local buses that leaves from outside with an all day pass for like five bucks and enjoy the spirits and moonshine!
