“This was our first stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites. We reserved two rooms and checked in late. Our destination was Chattanooga, Tennessee, and this location was conveniently situated halfway on our drive from Norfolk, Virginia. The front desk staff who assisted us was very friendly and courteous. He was also very helpful when we needed assistance obtaining coffee from the lobby. I would rate this experience five stars if not for a small issue: I noticed a dried, sticky substance on the blanket....
