โThe hotel is very homey and the staff make you feel as though you are family and not just a tourist. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. It did get quite chilly there at night, but McCloud was happy to put a space heater in our room to keep us comfortable. Ms. Machudu is a wonderful cook and the love the she puts into her dishes is noted in every bite. Highly recommend this hotel.โ
โVery friendly staff, very polite! Specially mention to Zachariah who was very engaging with recommendations of various locations to visit. Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!โ
โThe premises were immaculate, but the road between the garage and hotel needs sweeping, and the area is litter-strewn.

โVery unique guest house, staff extremely service minded, very silent and safe location only a 10 minutes walk away from town square where you find a huge number of good restaurants and cafes. ร
The gym and the pool is not that good but this does not disturb the overall view that this is a fantastic place, i for sure will be back and I recommendโ
โThe Rabbit Hole is a funky, niche hotel near the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site. In the area you either get "lodges" or small chain motels. I love the place and stay there frequently when on expeditions. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean.โ
