"The air conditionig pushed out a smell that smelled like dirty coochie. I can ahead and have it on recording confirming the pool was heated and there was a hot tub also. Neither wree usable. They were noth so cold if frlt like jumping in the lake during winters first thaw and even the spa was cool enough itvshocked my skin enough i coud not stand tpnput more than my feet in and that was the whole purpose of my stay was to use these ammeneties for my daughters birthday. Comletely pissed i was charged and no accomodation was made"

"We showed up to the property to find out they had no reservation even though we made it over a month prior. So we had to stand around and wait for an hour so they could try to fix their mistake. Then the following night I went to go get food for me and my wife and showed back up to our room key not working. They tried to fix it and then tried to tell us they would fix it in the morning. That was at 9:30pm. We told the staff we needed our belongings because my wife is over 7 months pregnant and needed medication that was locked in there so they called maintenance and he said the same thing to wait until morning I said that is unacceptable so he decided he would drill the lock to our room. The manager then told him to wait until she got there and did not show up until midnight and acted like she was saving the day 3 hours after we were locked out of our room. Never will we stay there again. If you do decide to stay there bring all of your belongings everytime you leave the room even if it’s just to go across the street because if you get locked out they’ll try to get into it tomorrow not at the time of the problem."

"Very nice hotel for the price, hot tub wasn't that hot until a worker added hot water than if felt great. Room was nice. Breakfast was decent. Hallways smell like weed bad, that's the only negative thing about the place. Overall love going there."

"The property was budget friendly and very convenient for our stay. The rooms were very clean but the hotel could have did better utilizing the space (like a closet in the bedroom). We arrived at the hotel 15 minutes early and the desk operator said the rooms were not ready but as soon as shift change happened (15 minutes later).The rooms were ready and we could check in. Which leads me to believe that the first lady didn't want to check us in. But overall our Stay was GREAT."

"I was confused about the whole concept of the hotel. Other than that the front desk people were decent as well as the breakfast. The room was clean and decent, definitely liked the provided soaps they had and the brand. But still overall was confused about the concept of the whole thing."
