"Beautifully located hotel in a stunning setting. We would happily stay here again. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was small, but clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed. The only slight issue was that we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work, although we never asked reception for help so it may well have been something that could have been resolved easily."

"Basic but functional airport hotel. The room was clean, the shower was good, and it worked well for a short stay before a flight. We walked into central Pisa for dinner which took about 30 minutes. There’s a large supermarket nearby, but not much else in the immediate area. One thing to be aware of is that you can’t really walk to the airport, and although the taxi journey was very short, it still cost €23 which was quite surprising. It would have been much better if the hotel offered its own shuttle service. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice, although the croissants were stale. Also worth knowing that you need to ask for extra pillows and request for the air conditioning to be turned on."

"Bed was awful. The matress is literally 4 inches think. I've slept on more comfortable cots. No hot water in the morning. Breakfast was meh. Lots if road noise."

"Everything was solid besides the staff.. booked for 10 nights and would walk into the hotel with staff chasing me down to the communal bathroom to ask what I was doing here… they all knew me and knew exactly what I was doing there. Happened multiple times specifically the woman at the reception. Otherwise solid hotel if you want to come to Pisa and have good access to the train station (right across from hotel front entrance)"
