Bath plug in didn't work, seemed short staff, breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Kids ate cereal and waffle maker wasn't clean. We were shorted towels and ones in room where stained and dirty.

Thermostat on room wall did nothing. Found out the AC had to be controlled at the cooling unit itself. Rooms are showing their age.
