Very clean rooms and hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Within walking distance to PPG Paints Arena, restaurants, and shopping. The whole area around the hotel is clean and safe.

The option for breakfast and dinner was great. Staff were friendly and nice and the facilities were well taken care of. The location is great and near a lot of different attractions. We would consider staying here again for our next visit to Pittsburgh.

Our check in was amazing! Laura at the counter could not have been nicer. She recommended things to do with a map and exact explanation on how to get there! Our room is great! Nice and centrally located. Highly recommend!

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and not overcrowded. Rooms are large with very high ceilings and the art deco architecture is beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in downtown Pittsburgh.
