Great place, huge rooms and amazing hosts

Clean, nicely renovated, comfy bed, spacious room, nice staff. Only one thing: when there is a heatwave, it would be necessary to have access to ice-cubes -- truly it would not be a luxury at all. I would be ok having to pay a fair price for that, because being able to drink cold water is a health matter.

Beautiful location near the lake and Swiss border. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and reflected regional specialties. The staff were very helpful with trip planning.

Perfect location if mountains, watches, and incredible people are something you like. Friendly and helpful staff and really nice rooms. I’ll be back.

Nice small and cosy family hotel. Felt like at home. Nothing too fancy but the owner was really pleasant, the rooms were clean and cosy, the breakfast like home made with quality products.

Simply wonderful experience. The Grand Hotel is family owned and almost everyone participates. They are at the front counter one day and serving you food at the hotel restaurant that evening. The hotel is based on providing a wonderful spa experience. We didn't get a massage but used the sauna's, indoor [colder] pool, the outdoor [hotter] water pool with multiple water jets, and the lounge rooms and loved them all. The minuses; we didn't have a car and the hotel is way to far above the...

What a spectacular, comfortable, beautiful place to stay. Particularly nice touch: beach towels for a swimming pool the lake.

Fantastic, outstanding place! Super clean, comfortable, nice, quiet, very friendly and so kind hosts (husband and wife), excellent breakfast with tasty homemade sweets, freshly made exquisite coffee, wonderful location near lake, stable Wi-Fi, the most pleasant stay one could only imagine, astonishing experience! Lovely, 10+ stars!!!

The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best places I had the pleasure to stay at on my 2 week vacation private owned house Delicious dinner and breakfast Only has 3 rooms but it makes it all the better If you are in the area and have the chance to stay i highly recommend better then any hotel I stayed at
