“Disappointing — AC did not cool the room We specifically chose this hotel because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, our room remained 24–26°C overnight despite the AC being set to 19°C and running continuously. The outside temperature was approximately 22°C. We reported the problem and provided a photo documenting the...

“When I entered the hotel, there were two young female employees. I asked them about how to park at the hotel, but they did not provide proper guidance. We had a hard time parking. And every evening, village gangsters come to the hotel courtyard to smoke cigarettes or marijuana and talk loudly. The hotel did nothing to stop it. Their voices were heard until midnight. When I open the window it smells like marijuana. It was very hard. The condition and location of the hotel itself were very good....

“The location is very good to enjoy Roses”

Nachdem...
