This hotel was exactly what we needed. Very quiet and comfortable, surrounded by nature and next to the beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our stay was perfect thanks to he wonderful Mildred at the reception, Ashley, Daniel and they great colleagues.

First night lost power 😖 Day 2 find out NO place to eat as cafe is closed . For travelers not a good thing . I will say beach is beautiful but is about a 1/2 mile walk from hotel .

Good dayWe regret that you did not enjoy your stay in our facilities.The suspension of electricity in the area (not just the hotel) was for a short period of 35 minutes.The distance from the hotel to the beach is 50 meters.As for the restaurant, it closes once a week, we have more options in the area and some of them even offer home delivery.We would really have liked to know these details before your departure so that we could provide you with help and a possible solution and not after your stay.

In the sorroundings this is the best Hotel available. Good Air conditioning, perfect breakfast included, not beach front but very close to the beach

Safe and secure parking lot, monitored. Friendly staff. Very clean. Dining room at night had really good food and good prices. Nice cooked breakfast included. Older hotel. but quite nice. Room door knobs and locks could use new ones but perfect location for fishing in around Quepos or Parrita. and Herradura. Good restaurants right up the road in Esterrilla .

L'hotel est idéalement situé à quelques pas de la plage, vous aurez l'occasion de croiser quelques animaux qui se baladent dans l'hotel, ce qui est un petit plus. En revanche, il est un peu dans son jus, le wifi est d'assez mauvaise qualité, le ptit déj est à choisir à la carte (donc pas assez copieux) et l'hotel est un peu loin des restos ou commerces, par contre il est bien si o cherche la tranquilité loin de Jaco et un peu plus près du parc manuel antonio

Comfortable room. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Minor inconveniences, the shower only sprayed on the wall,had to do it by hand and bed tilled a little. Room 13.

3 stars at best.
The room was not as expected. Booked 2 queen and instead received 1king and a loft with 2 single beds. The loft was too warm for sleeping and the air conditioner was blowing into our faces in the king bed and was not comfortable. It was already dusk and too late to change hotels. Daniel was very kind at front desk but couldn’t do anything for us.

Beautiful and clean with attention to detail, such as artfully folded towels. Large pool shaded by native trees, even at midday. Generous breakfast included. Convenient dining on the premises that stays open late. A short walk to the beach without Jacó’s crowds. Excellent bilingual service. As a U.S. expat in Costa Rica, I travel all the time. I highly recommend Hotel Playa Bejuco for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

It is a very good Hotel. It is very close to the beach though is not beach front. Great breakfast every day.

El lobby de la habitación familiar, donde se encuentra la tercera cama no tiene condiciones aptas, el aire no llega y es un horno, y el sonido de la madera no permite ni moverse del escándalo que hace al caminar o al simplemente dar vuelta en la cama

Buen dia Sra. Vannessa; Puede que la observacion sea para otro establecimiento, a su salida nos indico todo estubo bien, su reserva por medio de esta plataforma no refiere dentro de las descripciones anteriores ya que su reserva era una habitacion doble (para dos personas y no una habitacion familiar); tampoco contaba con piso de madera. Tambien es importante para nosotros que si durante la estancia uno de nuestros clientes tiene alguna situacion de disconformidad nos los comunique asi poder brindarle respuesta y asistencia en el momento. Lamentamos si dutante su estancia se generara alguna situacion de disconformidad de la cual no estuvimos enterados las disculpas del caso.

It's very close to the beach though it is not beach front. Great included breakfast, superb room A/C, mini-refrigerator a must, safe in room for your valuable goods

Hotel provides easy access to the nearby beach, it has a nice pool, decent size clean rooms and a good restaurant Staff are pleasant and helpful. This property needs some investment in maintenance primarily around the pool area (cracked/missing tiles). For us without transportation it would have been helpful to have some kind of shuttle to get to and from the main road with our luggage, and rental bikes to get around the area. All in all though it is a good spot for a quiet stay away from the noise of Jaco, and places such as Manuel Antonio park or Rainmaker could be reached by car. Good value for money.

Perfect if you just want to relax in paradise. If you want action and crowds , go somewhere else. Watch the sun come up and go down without changing your location on the beach. Everything about this place is awesome.

Decent hotel by a quiet beach
Good location, friendly staff, good food. The property could use some updates in style and comfort, especially in beds and seating. Water pressure was ok, but the deep soaking tub advertised is not useful if they don't supply a drain stopper (we asked to get one and were told no). The two restaurants are really one above for dinners with a view, downstairs for breakfast and lunch. The included breakfast was good with six choices, and served promptly. We had one issue with the air conditioner, which they fixed very quickly. The pool was kept very clean, but is not large. Depth for the adult pool is too deep for children, but they can use the smaller pool.

Fue una experiencia desagradable, la verdad llegué al hotel por su buena clasificación, conclusión hay que fijarse en comentarios actuales, es un hotel muy antiguo, las habitaciones son viejas y tienen las camas con colchones viejisimos, son demasiado incómodas, al siguiente día estuve con dolor de espalda y cuello todo el día, porque no solo son los colchones las almohadas son peores, no hay fuerza de agua en la ducha ni en todo el baño, y lo peor fue encontrar sábanas sucias, y miles de termitas en toda la habitación, había montículos de nidos debajo de una de las camas fue asqueroso!! Para completar el desayuno no era bueno, lo único bueno del hotel fueron los caballeros que atienden aquí que son muy amables!! A la final nos cambiaron de habitación pero lastimosamente las camas fueron igual de malas, imposible descansar en colchones tan antiguos!!

A little dated but nice property. Nice pool, good rooms, great staff. ONLY PROBLEM: there are no blackout curtains so the room is super bright since around 5am (sunrise) and from the front of the room all night due to the hallway's light which may make it impossible to have a good sleep for some people. Breakfast is good with good variety also the restaurant for lunch and dinner with affordable prices.

Close to beach. Not far from main road, but still quite. It did rain hard while were here, but we enjoyed the stay anyway. There was an iguana sunning with me at the pool in the morning :)
