“Overall a wonderful stay. The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help. Our only criticism is that it’s very young family friendly and at times, the young children were quite disruptive, particularly at meal times. I’d recommend that there are family eating times in the restaurants so that it’s less disruptive for other guests. ”

“The property was well maintained the biggest pool was under maintenance so every one was at the kids and other pool. It was packed but not too crowded surprisingly. The entertainment nightly was amazing . They have a kids club for teenagers and younger kids that was amazing. I highly recommend for a family vacation . “The Whala hotel is an excellent choice for couples, families and groups.The location is central for Americas and Christianos offering beaches and restaurants to suit all tastes. The hotel is welcoming with helpful staff in reception and the pool bar.We had a great stay and will be back in a few weeks.The rooms are always well cleaned and have good facilities for a comfortable stay.”

“I liked my room and location of my room as well, but my friends who stayed with me in their rooms was struggling more, because theire Ac wasn't working all 7 days and every morning at 8 am there was construction works start working. But my experience was good overall”
