Dated hotel but with big rooms, little bit noisy at night sometimes. I had street facing room and was disturbed a couple of times 2am to 4am by music and people passing by, Only 2 times out of 6 nights though. Staff are great, limited facilites, i.e no restaurant, there is a small pool but is shaded by the garden all day. Ok to have a dip and cool down

nothing about people, only money

The room is ok. Good air conditioner, silent. Internet connection working well. However, at this hotel the less important is the guest. The staff seems hate this job. Unfriendly, mechanical, never attentive or helpful when you need something. The exception are the ladies working during the breakfast (who don't belong to the Hotel staff, they are hired workers).

Affordable and very centrally located, but not well maintained. Fixtures were loose and things would fall off when touched. The closet only has one door, so only one side could be fully closed. We also tried to shower and the hotel ran out of water. You can hear music from nearby discos at night, which makes it hard to get a good night’s sleep. “Continental breakfast” was just coffee, bread, jam, and cheese. Not a great experience.

No cuenta con estacionamiento o servicio al client

No tiene estacionamiento, te envían a más de 1km y el coche se queda en la banqueta, nada de atención del personal para bajar equipaje o ver si algo se ofrece…muy pobre servicio al cliente. En la noche hay mucho ruido de las demás habitaciones, se traspasa el sonido al cuarto y no da oportunidad de dormir. No lo recomiendo, hay mejores opciones cerca por precios cercanos.

Bon hôtel pour séjourner quelques nuits à Playa

Hôtel très bien placé avec piscine. Accueil sympathique. Un seul bémol éviter les chambres donnant sur la rue car très bruyantes ... Hôtel où on avait déjà séjourné il y a quelques années l'immeuble attenant à l'hôtel était en chantier.. La présence de Sargasses en très grande quantité était très pénalisante pour la baignade à cette époque.

La chica de recepción súper amable. La chica de limpieza dos dias seguidos no hizo limpieza, desconocemos la razón pues si entro y dejo más shampoo y jabón. Otros huéspedes muy ruidosos incluso de madrugada cantando, jugando lotería mínimo deberían pedirles que hagan eso en su habitación y no en zonas comunes

Si vous voulez dormir: jamais la CHAMBRE 1

Nous savions qu'il ne fallait SURTOUT PAS prendre la chambre 1. Mais avec 4 valises, une chambre au 3è étage sans ascenseur comme prévue était impossible. Mais ce fut bien pire que ce qu'on pensait: á 23:30pm, le service de maintenance de l'hôtel travaillait á la perceuse électrique et au marteau juste á côté d'une chambre sans isolation. A 1h du matin, un groupe de clients parlait dans le hall d'entrée : l'unique fenêtre de la chambre donne dans le hall. Je me suis levée, habillée pour aller leur dire de faire moins de bruit. Le personnel de l'hôtel visiblement n'y avait pas pensé. Je ne peux donner d'avis sur les autres chambres, celle-ci est catastrophique. Le linge de toilette est très usé, effiloché mais très propre. Lit á ressorts dur. Eau chaude et débit dans la douche très bien. Abattant des wc qui ne se remonte pas et coince le le dos: á changer. Nous n'avons pas visité ni utilisé les extérieurs, nous voulions juste dormir une nuit. Le prix était très bas (29€): cette chambre est correcte en rapport qualité/prix á ce prix, pas plus. Conclusion: JAMAIS LA CHAMBRE 1 !!!!

Resultó que no tenían las habitaciones

Pagué 2 habitaciones a través de la app. Al llegar al hotel pagué el estacionamiento por toda la noche en la calle, la srita de la recepción amablemente me indicó que no contaba con las habitaciones y nos mandó a otro hotel de la cadena, Hotel Tukan, asi que perdí el estacionamiento. El otro hotel cuenta con cajones de estacionamiento en la calle y logramos el último disponible. Nos registramos en el lobby y nos llevaron caminando con las maletas por la calle hasta otro edificio. El edificio no cuenta con elevador. La habitación limpia pero con las toallas tiesas como lija, viejas, rotas y manchadas. No cuenta con frigobar y el aire acondicionado es muy pequeño para la habitación y se sentía calor.

Change the hotel

When I checked in , the stuff explained that there was any incident like breakage of boiler and water flooding in the rooms , so another hotel was assigned for me that was Tukan Hotel. And in Tukan hotel there are many mosquitos , and toilet was broken. Toilet could be repaired on 2nd days although mosquitos problem could not be fixed. However totally it was good treatment considering the price.

Location was great. Close to many good restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Cozumel Ferry. Clean room with excellent plumbing. Nice room features including bedside tables with lamps. Hotel is pet friendly. Lobby had a hot and cold water dispenser.
