"The rooms aren’t the best. It’s fine though since you arent in there much. If you get the yellow bracelet you don’t have much available to you. I had the blue and we were allowed at the VIP beach which is MUCH better than the Cofresi one. Alcohol is pretty good and buffet food it not bad. You are only allowed a certain amount of restaurant reservations depending on how long your stay is. For a week it’s 2-3. I’m guessing it’s more if you stay longer."

"The front desk staff is mean, unhelpful and dismissive. The rest of the staff is lovely. The rooms have a smell of mold or some other unpleasant smell. I nearly got asthma after two nights. I would not return due to management/front desk staff and the mold/odor situation. "

"Expedia listed this property as 4 star, other internet sites list it as 5 star. Although there may well be parts of the resort that are 4 or 5 star, my "standard" room certainly was not. Broken window in my room, busted furniture, broke tiles, power to my room unstable frequently going out. The resort moved me to a different room that was not much better. The power in the room stayed on, but still damaged woodwork, broken tiles, wires off security alarm on slider door, ceiling fan filthy and worn, ceiling vent caked with filth, just awful. And at the resort's steakhouse restaurant, when diners at the next table went to the salad bar, one of the property's stray cats jumped up on the diner's table eating off the plates, absolutely atrocious. I complained to Expedia that they misrepresented this resort as 4 star, and that Expedia listed the "standard" room as having a separate bedroom, which none of the standard rooms had. Expedia offered to relocate me to different lodging, but they were not willing to relocate me to equivalent lodging of an all-inclusive ocean front resort. All Expedia offered me were hotels that were not all-inclusive, not ocean front, and hotels not resorts. So then i replied to them that since they could not, or would not, relocate me to equivalent lodging, i would accept their alternate offer of financial compensation. After multiple communications to them, they refused to reply. So no relocation and no financial compensation."

"We had a wonderful experience especially with the staff and owner of the property. We met amazing people and the views were incredible. Definitely a great place to stay! "

"Terrible customer service, lack of communication, empathy, noticed the difference between customer with membership and without it, I also booked 2 double beds room a least nearby, and they placed us in different buildings. Never again! "

"Overall we had a great time. We stayed here for a full week and loved the pools, the spa, the beach bed setup and the beach itself. We had the VIP wristbands but needed to be "members" to eat anywhere else on the resort which is massive. So with just the buffet, the food was very medicore. Also, nothing is explained to you about what you do or don't have access to on the property which is difficult, you have to ask a lot of questions. The beach area for VIPs had a sushi bar which was VERY good so I ate that for the most part. A big disappointment was that the whole week we were there, our shower was very cold and sometimes didn't even turn on at all. One night the power was out and we were all eating in the dark. Another minor issue was our room did not come with a TV remote and we requested one about 5 times and never got one. Besides those issues, rooms were clean and everyone working was super nice. If you stay here, walk down the beach and you'll find some guys in a shop that you can book excursions through, I recommned using them since they are local guys and will take care of you your whole trip!
