"They say it’s only two stories with no elevator, but we wind up on a third floor. The first floor does not count On-site dining breakfast was very acceptable. Staff was friendly but limited in their knowledge of issues with air-conditioning. I would say so so experience."

"This is a nice place if you want to drink alot without it being "tracked" like some of the swankier resorts. The food was pretty good, drinks were ok but never-ending. It is aging a bit, tiles were falling off of the pools but it appeared they were trying to fix things as they happened. Rooms were pretty nice and clean. Staff was nice but several times especially while dining we asked for drinks that never came. They have "activities" all day which is great if your into that, if not it was just loud. We were right outside the evening entertainment spot, again, if you aren't into what they were doing it was loud and not super relaxing. Overall it is a good place for the price of an all inclusive. "
