โWe had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.

โSmall, contemporary hotel at a great location. The front desk staff is a little inexperienced, but they try to please. The hotel manager, Sr. Fernรกndez, goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. We would definitely stay here again. โ
