Plaza Jose de San Martín Tours

The check-in took very long time. They only 3 fro t desk. The line was bit long and obviously they have the vip line too. The room was OK. I had stayed there before the beginning when they first open and it was gorgeous now everything’s getting old. The front desk asked for any if I need anything I told him I requested more towels and two extra pillows they never arrive so our study there was OK.

Needs to be updated

Everything was beautiful! The property was clean and comfortable, and the staff was kind and pleasant. My only disappointment was that after checkout, I was billed for alcoholic beverages and an intimacy kit. I called to let them know that we did not use any of these products, and they kindly refunded the charges. I appreciate that they resolved the issue and refunded me, but I still didn’t appreciate being charged for items that we did not use and would not have touched. Other than that, everything was wonderful!
