“We had a great couple of nights stay. We were greeted by Othman who was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay as were the other staff but Othman provided us with a great walking itinerary that covered all the main attractions and also some great restaurant recommendations. The location is slightly west of the Medina but was an easy walk to get there. It is handy to the CTM station if you are arriving/leaving by bus.”
“Stayed one night at Dar Jasmine in Chefchaouen. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, with an incredible view over the city. Staff were warm and helpful -even packed us a to-go breakfast for an early ferry departure.
Stairs: ~150-200 steps from the street up to the hotel, no alternate route. Not workable for anyone with mobility issues or unsteady footing - same goes for Chefchaouen's hillside streets generally.
Noise: Dogs bark/howl in the hills at night, more than once even in our one...

“The location was amazing, the price was very affordable and the terrace view was wonderful however you could smell the cooking from the restaurant throughout the hotel. Also they had live music in the evening and it didn’t stop until midnight. We could hear it loud from the room.”

The receptionist, manager, and housekeeping staff were all excellent, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We truly felt at home. They even allowed us a little extra time for late checkout, which helped us a lot.

“Lovely apartment with kitchenette, spacious bathroom, spacious living room and nice comfy big bed.
Really great price for the area and has parking right out the front.
For us it was a perfect location being out of the centre as we had a car but if you don’t have a car it is close enough to get into the main centre by walking or taxi. (If walking be aware that chefchaouen is in the mountain so the centre will be uphill)
Staff friends and helped us to the room with our luggage.

“Stayed for 2 nights with a family of 4. We loved it, mostly because of the staff. They are amazing and super helpful. The accommodation is not particularly easy to find and there is no designated parking but the staff came and got us from the main road, helped us find parking in a local garage, then carried our suitcases up the entire hill and into our room. So the lack of luxury, having private parking was a non-issue. Also when visiting chefchaouen you can't really expect parking or easy...

It was absolutely freezing, the weather wasn’t that great obviously not there fault but they had no heat in the room, they did have a little space heater in the room but wasn’t very powerful, The bathroom was very small, I stayed with my dad and requested two beds.
