Lovely hotel. Excellent location for discovering Dinan. Walkable to everything. Wonderful staff- very accommodating to all our needs. Beautiful location, quiet room, very comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Marie Anne made our stay perfection. I would gladly stay again, again and again!

Finding this gem was a highlight of my long trip. My room was absolutely perfect - comfy, clean, and even had its own little private patio where I sat and finished work with a glass of wine upon arrival. Its location was ideal - on a quiet, pretty street just a few minutes’ walk of the old city restaurants/shopping. Breakfast at the hotel was perfect. Fellow guests were friendly. And hosts Kevin and Roxana couldn’t have been more warm, sweet, or helpful - spending time with me to provide travel...

I really enjoyed my one day stay at hotel ocean. It was five minutes out of the old city. Very walkable. The room was small, but more than sufficient. There’s no elevator, therefore the staff offered to assist with the luggage. Good free overnight parking in a lot right in front of the hotel. There was a recommendation also for dinner, but I decided to go elsewhere because I wanted to go into the old town the breakfast was a continental breakfast, but quite a few and unlimited choices. Nice property near the old city. Our room had a little balcony with roof top views. Modern, spacious and my wife loved the spa. Staff was warm and welcoming. Waze keep me going in circles so they talked me to a place where I could park and the valet came to get us. Room was spacious and great price makes this a terrific value. You won’t regret booking here. Just use the street name when inputting your navigation app. They replenished the mini bar daily. The toilet is in a separate area...

It exceeded our expectations in every way. We were graciously welcomed into Benedict‘s home. The orientation to the room covered everything we needed to know. The Wi-Fi was fast, the bed was so comfortable and everything was spotless. Every convenience, including bottled water, provided for us. Breakfast was superb. Included yogurt, cereal, croissant, fresh fruit, eggs, cooked to preference, cheese, coffee, tea, juice. It was perfect. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

A beautiful property and very helpful and friendly hosts. Our stay here was great. The rooms were comfortable and large based on our experiences with other hotels. Our hosts were incredibly helpful and made you feel like you were visiting family. Very well located as well. Despite all these good things the highlight for us was the surprise from Jean at breakfast. And it had nothing to d with the great food.

We had a nice stay with Jean Luc. He is so earnest and caring. He was always patient and helpful in guiding us to the must-see sights on our list. This is a glimpse of French country living as it was in the past. Enjoyed Jean Luc's crepes of which is rightfully proud.

Easy parking. Great view. Nice pool. Fantastic breakfast. Comfortable room.

Staying here is both unique and beautiful. I don’t feel as though I’m in a hotel. I feel like a welcomed guest on the estate of French royalty. The very large bedrooms are lovely. If you are traveling in the area, treat yourself to stay here. You will feel as though you’ve stepped back in time to another era. An era designed for a Hollywood movie.

Very pleasant surprise. Pictures on-line did not reflect that hotel has been recently renovated throughout. Great location. Staff could not have been nicer. Café downstairs was terrific.
