"Spectacular hotel. Service sometimes lacked. Requested extra pillows and they never arrived over the next 3 days. Tried to order room Service on multiple times but the calls never answered. Staff insisted to help with our luggage on check-in and left a bag in our car but still awkwardly waited for a tip at our door. Slow service at the Azure Bar and due to wedding events the Sky Bar closed"
