"The host was FANTASTIC. Communication was great. It was close to the outlets, wineries, breweries, Big Pocono Mountain and other things. It was definitely hard to sleep. It was a loud area with the road and whoever was below was loud starting at 6am the entire 4 day stay. It was definitely a very cute 2 bedroom apartment for our stay. "

6/10 Okay

"Be careful with this one. They are gonna blind-side you with a $25/day parking fee. When I asked about it they said "an outside company handles the parking." That's hardly enough reason to pay for an extra service you don't need. That said, the parking lot is a jungle, there is obviously no "company" out there doing anything and there's no reason to pay for parking - it's just highway robbery. You're stuck and they know it. We were told we could check in a few hours early because the room was already cleaned, but they said it needed an inspection first. Despite that, we still found a Hot Pocket behind the TV, the carpet was covered in snack debris, and the trashcan was half full. So, I don't think they are really inspecting anything - this is most evident in the dust-covered lobby. A foreshadowing? The pool and slides were nice, but it was insanely overcrowded, so make sure you don't go on a holiday weekend. The grounds are ill-kept and there's not much effort put into cleaning up. The take-away message is: be prepared to pay too much for parking at a hotel you've already paid to stay at, be ready to swim through crowds in and out of the water, and bring your own food - the concession lines are long, the dining options expensive."

"The room was horrible. The bathroom toilet has a horrible stain which was disgusting. The carpets were all patches of different patterns for $160. I want my damn money back. This was simply disgusting. The receptionist was extremely nice nice however this hotel has a lot of potential if it was upgraded because it’s in a beautiful area nice property not so well maintained ample parking."

"For the price we paid, this hotel was great overall. The hotel is currently under renovation, so there were construction materials and work debris in parts of the floor/hallway. The room itself was decent and pretty typical for a 2-star hotel, but there was a noticeable smell of mildew or fresh paint that hadn’t fully dried yet. The beds were very firm and there were no thin pillows available. We stayed as a group of 4, and for simply having a place to sleep, it did the job the best! The breakfast was actually very good, although the dining area was quite cold. Overall, considering the great deal we found, it was worth the stay."

"The suite was beautiful! The stand alone tub and big shower were amazing. The pool was well kept, clean and the bar was lovely. The spa was exceptional with their options, accommodations and knowledgeable staff. No matter where we went, throughout the entire property, the staff were kind and patient and so nice! This includes the restaurant staff in all places, bartenders, valets, front desk and housekeeping!"
