“The property in whole is very clean and well kept. Housekeeping actually does a good job. The entire staff is polite and very helpful with any concerns or needs that I may have and it's location is quite convenient. ”

“The hotel and property are exceptional. The only complaint I have is that late night room service was advertised until 4 a.m. and we could not get in touch with anyone. We called multiple times, and ended up calling the front desk to have them find someone. This was a bit frustrating. Other than that, due to the casino being a smoking casino, the hallways still smelled a bit smoky, as did our room, despite it being nonsmoking. ”

“the room was spacious but needs lot of upgrades/maintenance. The carpet needs to be replaced. The TVs need to be upgraded. ”
