The front desk person Peter was incredible. Very accommodating, always smiling and interactive with us. When a timing mistake for transportation was made to get to the Rammstein concert Peter quickly solved the issue. Made us feel welcomed

Abbiamo trascorso un pomeriggio e una notte presso il Balance. È un hotel a conduzione familiare, molto curato nelle aree comuni e con un eccellente servizio. La Spa è molto bella e offre una buona varietà di servizi: 4 saune, 1 cabina infrarossi, un bagno turco, grotta di neve e vasca acqua fredda. C'è anche una piscjna riscaldata con collegamento diretto con l'esterno, dove c'è anche una zona idromassaggio con vista panoramica. Menzione speciale per la cena, inclusa in regome di mezza pensione: ottimo menu di 4 portate, con un'attenzione particolare al benessere. Grazie per la bella esperienza!

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Hele mooie omgeving en uitzicht op het meer. Op de kamer geen koffie of waterkoker maar dat mag geen naam hebben want is een mooie kamer! Complimenten ook aan de schoonmaker van de kamer, leveren ook goed werk. Alles is beneden in de bar te verkrijgen. Winkels en openbaar vervoer dicht in de buurt.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit einem herrlichen Blick auf Berge und See. Das Essen - bei Schönwetter im Freien möglich - war wirklich hervorragend und zugleich das große " " an dem Hotel. Nachteil, dass kein eigener Seezugang vorhanden ist !! Der Eintritt ins Strandbad ist zwar inklusive, aber man muss erst mal einen (bezahlten) Parkplatz finden und hat man diese Hürde überwunden geht der Fußmarsch Richtung Bad los und dann die Suche nach einem Plätzchen, wo man seine Liege (5,-- Euro pro Stück NICHT inkl.) platziert - bei dem Andrang kein leichtes Unterfangen. Daher die restlichen Tage im Hotel am Pool - der sehr schön ist - verbracht. Nachteil auch, dass nicht genügend Hotelparkplätze vorhanden sind!! Ich habe zwar genau vor dem Hotel auf gekennzeichneten Parkplätzen geparkt, habe jedoch nicht beachtet, unter Tannenbäumen zu stehen!! Fazit -> Auto voller Harz!!!! In einem 4 Sterne Hotel, erwarte ich anderes!! Man wurde mit keinem Wort darauf hingewiesen, ich bin sicher kein Einzelfall; mir mir parkten etliche andere auch auf diesen Plätzen!!! Sowas gehört sich nicht. Ebenso wenig wie für Wasser zum Wein (Ausnahme man bestellt ganze Flasche) Geld zu verlangen. Als Wiener wo man zu jedem Kaffee und zu jedem Glas Wein, in den meisten Fällen sogar unaufgefordert, ein Glas Wasser erhält sehr befremdend. So viel mehr an Gläserspülkosten kann da nicht anfallen und fällt für mich auch unter unnötiges verärgern von Gästen anstelle von Kundenservice. Personal - freundlich!

Buon hotel con qualche miglioria da fare

L'hotel ha a disposizione un'area spa e relax veramente eccezionale, da 10 e lode: piscina coperta/scoperta con idromassaggio e cascata d'acqua, a temperatura accettabile. Giardino esterno e terrazza coperta a bordo piscina con sdraio, lettini ed ombrelloni per il relax. Area spa con 2 saune, bagno turco, zona relax e piscina con acqua fredda. Area massaggi molto ampia. Ristorante e terrazza all'esterno accogliente e confortevole. Cucina di buon livello e molto ben presentata. Colazione abbondante, con ampia scelta di tutti i tipi. La struttura sembra molto recente, ma ha un grosso difetto: non c'è aria condizionata nelle stanze, La mia senza vista lago e quindi affacciata al sole nel pomeriggio, era un forno la prima notte! La torretta ventilata data a disposizione non è sufficiente. Questo può sicuramente essere un problema per dormire e riposare bene. Camera ampia, con doccia con acqua caldissima (top!), ampia TV (pochi canali internazionali, solo un paio), buona illuminazione e dotazione generale. Parcheggio ampio a disposizione degli ospiti. Non vicino al paese (serve comunque la macchina, salvo farsi una passeggiata di ca. 20' con il ritorno in salita), e un po' a ridosso dell'autostrada, ma non si avverte il rumore. Servizio ben curato e di buon livello. Personale che parla anche italiano, fra le tante lingue. Manca di palestra, o almeno io non l'ho vista.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf den See. Sehr gute Ausstattung mit Indoor und Outdoor Pool, Wellnessbereich und Liegeräumen. Schöne, große Zimmer. Einrichtung wirkt teilweise ein wenig altertümlich. Gratis Eintritt ins schöne Privatbaad Saag. Leider 15 Minuten Anreise mit dem Auto.

Hotel assolutamente della categoria 4 stelle superior se non di più. Mi hanno fatto un upgrade alla Suite senza che io chiedessi nulla. Le camere sono nuovissime e ben arredate, curate in ogni dettaglio. La mia suite aveva tre armadi. In bagno vi è un impianto digitale che trasmette musica. La suite ha anche un caminetto modernissimo caricato con legna ed esso si accende con un telecomando (anche se a luglio non ne avevo bisogno). Che dire poi della piscina coperta e scoperta comunicante interno esterno e della SPA che ha saune, bagno turco con cromoterapia, locali per massaggi, per il relax con tisane e the, etc. ... ed una stanza che guarda il giardino con dei lettini appesi a delle funi come fossero delle "amache". Gutes Wellnesshotel, aber leider nur für Zwerge!

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht für Fahradfahren und Golfen. Spa ist gut, aber der Innen/Aussen-Pool ist klein. Die Zimmer ohne Seeblick sind Richting Autobahn, also Geräuschpegel zu erwarten. Bei großem Andrang sind lange Servicezeiten im Lokal oder Bar zu erwarten. Das Hotel hat keinen eigenen Strand am Wörthersee, nur einen kostenlosen, aber limitierten Zugang zu einem 5km weit entfernten Strandbad (meine Mitreisenden bekamen keine Zutrittskarte am ersten Tag!) Fahrräder können in einen abgesperrten Radlkeller abgestellt werden.

Insgesamt war es ein wunderbar, entspannter Wochenend-Aufenthalt. Angefangen bei der sehr herzlichen Begrüßung durch das Rezeptionsteam und der Hotelbesitzerin persönlich, über das Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf den Wörthersee, dem sehr sauberen und neuen SPA-Bereich (Dampfbad, verschiedene Saunakabinen, wohltemperierter Indoorpool mit moderner, automatisch öffnender Trennscheibe zum Außenpool), bis hin zum köstlichen Dinner (4 Gänge) aus der Halbpension. Jeweils mit der Auswahlmöglichkeit: Fleisch-Fisch-Vegetarisch. Als kleine, krönende Bemerkung sei der klassisch angemachte Eiskaffee zu nennen: selten, dass man ihn so perfekt zubereitet genießen kann.

Les chambres de l'hôtel sont très propres et semblent quasiment neuves comme le reste de l'établissement qui est très bien entretenu. Le personnel est souriant et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, avec des gâteaux faits maison excellents. Le SPA vient d'être inauguré, il est vaste, très propre et très beau. Le barman prépare de très bon cocktails à la minute avec des fruits frais. Le restaurant sert des plats savoureux et variés. Bref, nous avons tout aimé et pensons y revenir la prochaine fois.
