Our 2 nights at the hotel were amazing. We loved our balcony to relax and look out at the lake. So many shops & restaurants in walking distance. Our room was huge, so clean & very nice.

Anständiges Hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und die zunächst unbemannte Bar wurde dann von einer ebenso kompetenten wie sympathischen Kärntnerin zum Leben erweckt. Alles sehr entspannt und sauber. Ein sehr ordentliches Bad. Wirklich gut so. Doch bleibt es mir ein Rätsel, warum es immer noch Hotels mit Teppich im Zimmer gibt. Das ist qua Design dermaßen unhygienisch und unnötig. Die Matratze des schmalen Bettes war hart und unbequem. Zwei kleine Betten waren zusammengeschoben, anstatt mir im eindeutig nicht stark gebuchten Hotel einfach ein normales Doppelbett Zimmer zu geben. Ich hatte nicht die günstigste Kategorie gebucht. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Urlaub könnte ich hier gewiss nicht machen, aber für einen Business Stay absolut in Ordnung abgesehen von der Matratze. Preis/Leistung war ok.

Bedingt durch eine Hochzeit alle öffentlichen Bereiche für andere Hotelgäste gesperet - als Vollzahler ist das unzumutbar. Liegewiese nicht benutzbar. SPA nicht uneingeschränkt nutzbar. Beschwerden werden ignoriert. Flasche Wein als Wiedergutmachung versprochen, jedoch nie bekommen. Absolute unzumutbare Zustände. Nie wieder.

Wunderschöner Herbsturlaub mit Baby

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Hotel ist sehr Aufmerksam, wenn es um die Bedürfnisse von Kindern geht (Gitterbett, Windeleimer, Wickelunterlage, Baby-Bademantel, Hochstuhl, Wasserkocher am Zimmer, Kinderprogramm etc wurde alles kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt). Alle waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Lage direkt am See, toller Wellnessbereich mit beheiztem Außenpool. Schiff fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Herbsturlaub!

Very nice hotel, reserv. problem with Expedia

They did not received the reservation made by Hotels.com: I was lucky they had a free room, and they confirmed price and services as from my mobile screenshot. Room was ready, but roomkeeper left dirty towels on the floor from previous guest. They were removed after my note. Due to this "manual" reservation, I had problem in the restaurant to get a table (I was not on the list) all the evenings. Hotel is very nice, receptionist was SO kind and helpful for all my needs. I'm sure all the problems were coming from my missing reservation. Food is lovely, breakfast top level, restaurant ok, maybe more cozy than quality, but I always have high expectations from meals. Location is unbeatable, very relaxing. Is October: I can't imagine it in summer.. should be just lovely! SPA not used, sorry.
