"Tressor elevators, what a nightmare. Fire alarm went off at 3:00 am, we were on the 24th floor. They have two working elevators, it took 30 min to get up and down. Nightmare fuel. Other than that…"

"Do not trust that the hotel’s shuttle service will be available to pick you up, even if you arrive at the airport within their advertised hours of operation. Terrible experience overall, especially for my elderly parents. "

"Elevator was broken the whole stay and had to always wait 10+ minutes to get on unless it was 1am. The bathroom was literally horrible the shower floor is the same in the whole bathroom legit felt like I was in jail and had to wear slippers because I was scared of fungus from the floor. Will never stay here again"
