員工非常出色親切的飯店

飯店人員每一位都非常親切也意願幫忙，即使我們sim卡有問題他們也傾力幫忙打電話、查網路來幫我們解決。我們房間住5樓但沒有電梯，房間非常大，也備有冰箱、暖氣和小觀景陽台，浴室熱水非常熱但是只有全熱水或全冷水，要一直兩邊切換，但是在尼泊爾有熱水洗澡已經非常棒了。早餐有buffet也有點餐式的選擇。非常推薦此飯店！離市區和碼頭都近，最重要的是員工非常熱情，每一次出入都感受到最熱情的招呼，激推！

The service and hotel staff were really friendly. I stayed here for the two nights and came back for another 2 nights again. Don’t expect too much but all basic necessities are available :)

Older hotel 10 minute walk from the main street

Pros: mountain view from the rooftop like in most hotels at this city, hot water all the time, balcony, lockable door that works, reception was nice because they gave us another pillows because the first ones were so old. Cons: Terrible wifi which does not work at all in the most floors. Works pretty much only at the lobby. You can not even open basic pages and we were there four nights. Our room had mold, cracks on the floor and lots of things half broken. Expensive laundry: our laundry weighed 6kg at the hotels laundry scale and costed 2€ kg. Two blocks away it weighed only 4kg and costed 0.50€ per kg. So was your laundry at somewhere else I recommend. The queen bed rooms seem to be in much better shape than the twin bed rooms where we did stay!

10連泊の長い滞在でしたが，日本語の話せるマネージャーさんのおかげで不自由なく過ごすことができました。朝食別(予約サイト上では一部有りと表示が残っています。注意)になってしまいましたが，近くにカフェなども充実しているので，ホテルで追加料金で食べなくても不自由はありません。むしろ，私たちは毎朝違うところで食べることで楽しめました。

落ち着いた感じのホテルです

マネージャーさんがとても親切でした。朝食のコーヒーもおいしかったです。ホテルには関係ないのですが、この時期はあまり眺望が良くないようで山が全然見えなかったのが・・・。今まであまり季節とか関係なく旅行していましたが、ポカラの場合ここは重要だなと思いました。また季節を選んで再訪したいです。

Vacanze con famiglia a Pokara

L'Hotel è pulito e confrotevole, il personale molto disponibile. La camera per quattro persone era di buone dimensioni, sarebbe stato gradito un armadio più capiente e qualche mensola/appendino in bagno, ma... queste sono merce rara in genere in Nepal. La posizione è centrale, ma tranquillo. Dal solarium si gode una buona vista delle montagne.

Sweet people and nice care

Thanks for Hotel view point staff took really good care of me while I was sick in their hotel with them, all of the people there are really nice, I do appreciate the days with them in Pokhara!

オーバーブッキングでもお詫びも返金もありませんでした。

デラックス　キングべッド１部屋で2連泊で予約したのに、初日はスタンダード　ツインに回されました。明らかにオーバーブッキングしているのに、認めないし、お詫びもないし返金もありませんでした。帰国後、Expediaにクレームの電話をして、調べてもらいましたがオーバーブッキングをしていたそうです。次回、泊まる場合は無料にすると言われました。オーバーブッキングは起こりえることなのですが、せめてお詫びはして欲しかったです。ポカラには行く機会はありませんし、仮に行く機会があった場合は、このホテルには絶対に泊まりたくありません。

A very pleasant stay

Staff above all has been very helpful: we arrived at 2.30 am after an odyssey-like journey from Varanasi and the night staff after looking at our faces just handled us the keys and said "we'll sort out everything tomorrow morning". Can't thank you enough for that... Apart this, the hotel is pleasant, 5 minutes away from the lake and has got a nice rooftop with good sight around. Rooms are clean and overall ok.

快適でした

トレッキング前後の二日間宿泊させていただきました。値段を変えて、初日はスタンダード、二泊目はデラックスルームを予約しました。 初日に通されたのがかなりいい部屋で、バスタブが付いて部屋も結構広い。なのでこれがスタンダード？？？すごい！と思い感動して泊まりました。しかし、トレッキングから帰ってきてから通された部屋は初日よりも狭く、バスルームもシャワーとトイレが一緒の狭い部屋。確実に二日目の方が料金を支払っているのに。。。？？？とスタッフに話したら、初日と同じレベルの部屋に変えてくれました。どうやら、初日に間違ってデラックスルームに泊まってしまったようです。その辺いい加減なんでしょうかね？とりあえず、バウチャーを持って行った方が確実です。その他、空港送迎サービスや、ランドリーサービス、お茶のサービスといろいろ利用させていただきましたが、スタッフが皆親切でとても気持ちよく過ごせました。また利用したいホテルです。
