Hi anonymous guest, thank you for taking the time to write a reveiw regarding your experience at the Microtel Inn & Suites. I am sorry that your were dissappointed with the service and accommodations that we provide. Due to COVID 19 we have a limited breakfast which consist of juice, milk, coffee, cereal and oatmeal. Your concern about no one being at the desk they may have been down the hall checking rooms out or in the laundry room. We do provide a bell that is on the front counter if noone is there that you can ring to let it be known that you are there and need service. As a consumer, I know what I expect when i go places. I am truly sorry that we failed to provide you with the very best experience you expected. I hope that you will give us the opportunity to serve you on your next visit to our area. Mrs. Tammy Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay with us here at the Microtel Inn & Suites. I understand how frustrating it can be when things arent working right and your told it will be handle and it doesnt get taken care of. Sometimes when the housekeepers clean the rooms and they wipe the tv it changes the channel and that causes it to seem as if its not working and its a simple push of a button. The front desk worker should have went and checked it out and the issue may have been resolved before calling maintance. I apologize for the inconvience you experienced in waiting for someone to come. I have discussed this situation with the staff to ensure that it doesnt happen again. Our goal is to provide a level of service that requires diligent attention to detail and is a matter of constant reinforcement of our hotel.
