Das Hotel hat eine super Lage - die Bucht ist sehr schön. Personal ist freundlich und das Essen (Frühstück wie auch Abendbrot) war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Direkt am Meer kann man den Wellen beim Einschlafen lauschen.

The location is amazing, the hotel is located few steps from the ocean. Our room was beautiful, large and with a wonderful view. The staff was kind and helpful

En general la estancia ha sido buena, aunque pude mejorar, sobre todo en la limpieza de cristales. También puede mejorar la calidad de la comida que, aunque es correcta, podría tener mejor presentación. Lo mejor ha sido la atención del personal, aunque en el comedor en la cena el precio de las bebidas era completamente desproporcionado (las bebidas no entraban en el buffet contratado en Expedia). Por suerte, uno de los empleados nos ofreció agua del grifo sin coste. Una cerveza de 50cl costaba 7€. Una botella de agua filtrada de 75cl, 5€. Ha sido algo que me parece que deberían de corregir con urgencia.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was bright and spacious, the window opened, the shower was hot and powerful, and the food in the breakfast and dinner buffets was fabulous.

Beautiful hotel, right at the beach of Pont do Sol, big room, comfortable king-size bed. We had a balcony with sea view. Big plus was the garage. Pont do Sol is basically a few streets behind the hotel, but real sweet. There is a sauna and inside pool at the hotel. The roof terrace was nice, but on display for the public. Breakfast was amazing, the only thing missing was tea cups, there were only coffee cups available, also for tea. We were surprised, that there was no complementary bottle of water at room at arrival, also no coffee or tea making possibilities. The street between the hotel and the beach is actually a dead end street, but cars are driving forth and back looking for a parking space, so a bit of traffic anyway. Overall we would recommend the hotel!

Das Hotel hat gehalten, was es in seinen Beschreibungen versprochen hat. Großes Zimmer, sauber, frische Speisen mit Show Cooking, sehr ansprechend dargeboten, fixes Nachfüllen des Buffetts und Neueindecken der Tische, Freundlich, gut bestückter und geräumiger Fitnessraum , trotz Bar in der Nähe herrlich ruhig, Ich war sehr zufrieden. Würde es uneingeschränkt empfehlen - wenn Sie Ruhe und Natur im Urlaub bevorzugen und keine Animation benötigen. Auto mieten, organisierte Ausflüge oder Reisegruppe empfehlenswert - je nach Mentalität. Sauna und Dampfbad vorhanden, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Daher werden sie auch nicht erwähnt. Leider scheint die Klimaanlage ihre Luft in der Nähe des Raucherplatzes anzusaugen - es riecht nur manchmal und nur ein kleines bisschen.

Je suis très satisfaite de l’hébergement. Il est situé dans un petit village assez touristique, avec quelques restaurants proche. Les chambres ont une belle vue mer. Le parking est compris dans le prix de votre chambre, seulement, il n’est pas toujours disponible (vous pouvez vous garer dans la rue sinon). Le petit-déjeuner de l’hôtel est bon et assez complet.

N'y allez pas en attendant de la bienveillance.
Très bons équipements et bonnes qualités des chambres par contre le client ne reçoit aucune considération et n'est pas la priorité. Je suis surpris pour un hôtel de ce standing et avec cette notation de ce faible niveau de bienveillance et d'attention. Réservation avec un balcon, l'hôtesse d'accueil ne me prévient même pas qu'elle n'en dispose plus pour la première nuit. Lui expliquant mon incompréhension et ma déception en retournant a l'accueil elle ne s'en émeut pas. Pour finir la responsable consent a offrir repas et boisson le premier soir en réparation de ma surfacturation (j'aurai préféré un remboursement de l'écart) Le 2eme jour parking complet je me stationnement sur l'aire de retournement et le signale a l'accueil, on me demande alors de me garer dans la rue. Je refuse ayant une prestation avec parking et au final je récupère la place d'un membre de direction de l'hôtel. Je comprends tout à fait qu ils utilisent le parking par contre je trouve inadmissible de demander au client de se garer dans la rue en vendant la prestation parking pendant que les employés stationnent dedans. Le bar ferme également a 22h au lieu des 23 h annoncé....je revois encore le regard désabusé du jeune couple pensant très certainement s'offrir un petit cocktail en amoureux en me demandant qui m'avait servi.

Leider wurde zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts der (Stein)strand vorm Hotel mit Bagger und Raupe instand gesetzt. Die Frühstücksauswahl könnte für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel besser sein. Käse, Müslizutaten und Wurst waren nicht sehr vielfältig. Für Tee mussten wir uns größere Gläser organisieren (standen nicht bereit).

Lækkert hotel med gode faciliteter og god morgenmadsbuffet. Eneste minus er lugtgener fra swimmingpool, der ligger i åben forbindelse med receptionsområdet. Poolområder bør afskærmes !

UN HOTEL A EVITER
Si vous souhaitez vous reposer surtout n'allez pas dans cet hôtel. Un bar fonctionne à côté jusqu'à tard dans la nuit avec une musique techno infernale. Vous avez l'impression d'être dans le bar et non pas dans votre lit et les meubles tremblent. Le réceptionniste m'a indiqué qu'il ne pouvait rien faire parce que le bar possède une licence lui donnant l'autorisation de faire du bruit pendant la nuit. Il ne m'a même pas proposé un changement de chambre. Il m'a simplement indiqué que l'hôtel n'était pas responsable. Par ailleurs l'isolation intérieure est également inexistante et vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans le (grand) couloir. Enfin le repas est à éviter absolument et le café du matin est imbuvable.

Tutto abbastanza gradevole. Comodo garage coperto anche se con posti limitati. Pessimo servizio colazione e cena. Piatti cucinati male, riproposti per riutilizzo avanzi, abbondanza e scelta ok ma qualità dei prodotti scadenti dal succo di arancia al formaggio. Da evitare di spendere soldi nella cena perché male illuminata la sala da pranzo

Bellissimo hotel, tutte camere fronte mare.
Bellissimo hotel, in posizione eccezionale, tutte le camere fronte mare, spaziose. Bagno grande, completo di bidet. Terrazza panoramica. Ristorazione buona, sia per la cena che per la colazione. Ponta do Sol ideale per esplorare il centro, sud e l'ovest dell'isola. Personale molto cortese, in particolare al check-in (molto veloce).

Vorteile: super Lage direkt am Strand romanische Strandbar herrlicher Sonnenuntergang sehr leckeres handgemachtes Eis direkt vor dem Hotel kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick sehr guter Zimmerservice Nchteile: - beschwerlicher Meerzugang über Steinstrand - Vorsicht vor schrecklichem Essen in The Old Pharmacy in der Seitengasse (schlechteste Tapas ever) - schlechtes Frühstück (Nescafe-Maschine, abgestandene warme Küche)

Très bel hôtel
Séjour très agréable excellent accueil belle chambre avec literie au top bon petit déjeuner mais éviter le repas du soir si vous avez l’habitude de dîner après 20 h peu de choix alors au buffet. Piscine agréable. Parking gratuit. Nous recommandons.
