This 13โ€™ boulder has been in the town square for centuries and was originally a dolmen. It was used as a burial chamber before paganism fell out of favor. When Christianity came into vogue, the boulder was remodeled and a small chapel was added in the 17th century. Itโ€™s definitely worth the drive to see.
