The hostel is located near the train station. Staff are friendly and hostel food was delicious. Beautiful area with many different options for hiking. Facilities are clean.

This was our first stay at a Hostel. I will say Patric was outstanding. He went over and above to be helpful and friendly. Some of the rules were not user friendly. We needed to catch a train at 1500 hours. we were told needed to exit the property by 1100.. Seems to me when the weather is very cold, the property could at least supply a location to mind bags but no, get out. The accomodations are clean but very basic. Other than Patric we would never book here again. .

The worst experience in my life

This is the worst place you can book in Europe-No Wi-Fi during my stay-no late breakfast if you come after 9.30 am. No complimentary bus transport to save nature?? The manager team of this place is not hospitable at all. Reception is closed from 12-16pm and you can’t check in before 16pm, after you spend half day in train to this isolated place - complete disaster and depression to check in here - room and toilets smell I didn’t even use it. Most staff only speak Italian and are quite rude this was complete surprise to me. Also the place is full of elderly guests and young hippie German Swiss who are very peculiar to meet.

Atendimento ótimo, todos muito simpáticos. Café da manhã delicioso, nota 10. Localização muito boa, em frente à estação de trem, bem fácil ir pras cidades do lado. Porém, muito barulho nos quartos do andar de cima após às 22h.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sehr sauber. Sehr feines Essen mit Nachschlag, wenn gewünscht. Sehr großzügige Aufenthalts- & Gemeinschaftsräume. Einzig die leicht hallenden Etagengänge sind je nach Rücksichtsnahme der Gäste etwas laut.
