โGreat pub, exceptionally clean, comfortable and modern rooms and super friendly staff. As a bonus, the food is of a very high standard and the Guinness was decent. Canโt fault this place in any way, stopped here to be in the area for the snooker at the Crucible in Sheffield, it was a 20 minute taxi ride from here to Sheffield Town Centre. As Arnie saidโฆ.. โHilary and Graham were fantastic hosts, super knowledgeable, we felt right at home. Breakfast was great too and their garden was perfect for enjoying the sun. Would recommend!โ
โI was a bit hesitant staying at a Marston hotel due to previous experience bit this property restored that.
Staff from outset were welcoming and the rooms was better than expected.
Food in the restaurant was amazing.
Overall the 2 day stay was well worth it.
Would deffently stay here again. โ
โThe staff were lovely, helpful, visible and polite. The food was great for the 50% off which it was that day. The restaurant, reception and room no complaints at all. The only thing I could say to improve would be the stairwell to the rooms wasnโt hoovered and didnโt look like it had been for a while. The carpet was also ripped in a couple of places. โ
โI had a great stay the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The staff were most helpful and approachable making me feel more settled as I travelled alone.

The room was clean and there was complimentary things in the bathroom which you never get!
The only snag was I could hear some sort of generator or air conditioning unit that didnโt go off/ quieter until midnight and I like it quiet when I sleep or I canโt sleep.โ
โMy daughter and I stayed at Twin Oaks for the weekend and had a really lovely stay. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff there were really friendly and helpful. The housekeeper was also very respectful and accommodating. Beds were also very comfy! Thank youโ

โWe had a wonderful stay at The View. The room was lovely, very spacious and overlooked the rolling hills, plus it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive and breakfast was delicious and all cooked and prepared to order. We had one evening meal at the pub itself which again, we couldnโt fault. There is so much to do around the area and we will definitely be going back. A true gem of a find!โ
โReally liked this hotel.Great location, cheap parking nearby, lovely staff and the communal areas smell amazing! The bed was very soft, which I like. I knocked off a star as the room although clean, needs a refresh. Shower tray has seen better days. โ
โExceptional property with great service. They make sure your stay is pleasant and that you are well fed. Location has a beautiful hike right behind that overlooks the valley. โ
