Dear Ms Lungu first of all I would like to thank you for your kind words. The smell in the apartment unfortunately it comes from the cleaners used by the maid for your safety from covid19. As for the room before we give it for use, we carry out an inspection.We did not notice any dirt in the inspection. However, we apologize if we missed something.As for the furniture, the apartment was what you saw in the photo,so I think it was purely a matter of your choice. Mr Christian , the problem starts from the company that you made the reservation and not from us, We gave you better apartment than this you booked. So you finally stayed at 65sq meters corner apartments with two separate berdrooms , one with king size bed and luxury matters, smart tv with Netflix , armchair and private balcony , the other bedroom has 2single beds ,tv, armchair and private balcony. The apartment has also dinning area kitchen , with oven, hobs , big fridge with refrigerator , electric kettle , toaster, microwave oven , a big wooden Oregon table and chairs. Also it has 4meters wardrobe and 10 sq meters bathroom with bathtub. Now you didn't want to pay the breakfast , you show us a paper from the first page of the company that you made the reservation , I explained you that we are not cooperating with this company I saw you at my laptop that we are not cooperating with them and all the detail we have for your reservation from the other company which we are cooperating and that it doesn't write any where about breakfast. Finally you decide to eat breakfast every day and the breakfast includes bread,toasts,cheeses,turkey, eggs, handmade jams , honey, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, milk, ham , canned peaches, ricinci with different tastes , sugars brown-white, cereals/corn this is the basic breakfast and the premium has also bacon, sausages, fruits and some other things and all of our products are biological and not from massive production!Except of this you told that we didn't give you details..and I gave you 4pages with details and information about all the island at least I remember very good what I did. Finally I observe that the more you give to someone, the more he will ask without pay and without to be satisfy.But I will thank you because you give me the opportunity to write sime details for our Hotel the one & only with 5keys!
