The moment we drove we drove into the property we were greeted & welcomed by Tushtee after our rough start to the day. She was so kind and helpful. It was a breath of fresh air !!! Throughout our stay the housekeeping was exceptional Ronny was cleaning our room for our stay and he went above and beyond and made the stay even better!! If we come back to Mauritius we will definitely stay at this resort because of their service!!

The hotel is brand new and very nicely decorated. The rooms are exceptionally large and beautiful and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The food is first class and the service is very accommodating (We would particularly like to praise the waiter Pascal) - We were given puree for our baby at any time of the day, which was very nice. Unfortunately, the beach area is not yet usable, but the hotel team was very understanding and accommodating to our disappointment. Particularly noteworthy is the incomparable honeymoon special that was made possible for us as newlyweds! Many thanks again to the manager Amedee for giving us an unforgettable day!

Activity orie ted family holiday

It was an excellent choice as it was a last minute booking but the service and welcome by Kooshal and his team made it wonderful. The entertaining team were child friendly and engaging them well and catered to every age as we had 14 year olds and 5 year old. Even the back office team Vinesh were friendly and explained how it all works.Dining experience was impeccable and we had a great time. The aproach of activity oriented holiday was well suitable for family with kids. I would recommend a bit more luxury furnishings. All in all friendly bunch of staff lead by the above mentioned leaders of the team.

Yikes! This hotel is geared more to those who want to party and drink. Food was marginal at best, staff was friendly but really couldn't be bothered to help you much and the area around the hotel was rather fun down. The whole place just felt worn down. 3 star hotel at best and I'm adding one of those stars because the gym was nice. There was also an absurd amount of paper work to complete at check-in as well as just to get a towel (with a towel card). I can't recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel!

The hotel is more than you can see on internet. It's very well maintained, clean, modern... the room was very specious and comfortable. The food (breakfast and dinner) was wonderful, everything was amazingly delicious, i would like to thank specially to all F&B team and the chefs. The garden of the hotel is amazing, lobby and the poolside as well. I really enjoyed my stay even if i was there for business. The only strange thing is the location of hotel. It's in between forests and far away from residential areas. There are not buildings around. It's good to have a quite place to relax but especially after sunset, it gets very strange to get out. Because even on the road, there is no street light. You feel like that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Because of that as well, it's very expensive to go somewhere else on the island because the only transportation is taxi and private transportations. But i can say that the hotel is very secure and you feel very comfortable inside. Thanks for this very pleasant stay.

Hotellet er moderne og rengjøring på rommene og generelt på hele området er bra. Det var mye aktiviteter hver dag. I tillegg til basseng og en fin strand utenfor hotellet fantes de to vann sklier for barn og klatrevegg for både barn og voksne. Det fantes også en egen kids klubb. L’hôtel est bien entretenu, le personnel est vraiment serviable. Le kids club est très sympa. Par contre, une voiture est indispensable si on souhaite faire des visites. Si on pense rester à l’hôtel il veut mieux prendre l’all in car au verre c est vite cher.

Unfreundlicher check in, Zimmer erst ab 14 h obwohl Ankunft um 8 h morgens, extrem laute und unangenehme Discomusik den ganzen Tag und weit in die Nacht, kein einziger Ort im Hotel ohne Dauerbeschallung, keine Handtücher, Frühstücksbuffet sehr bescheiden.

L’hôtel est génial! Des animations tous les jours pret ou dans la piscine. Pool Games, aquagym, France Très bon buffet au restaurant! En demi pension, la bouteille d’eau est payante malgré repas compris dans le forfait. Des navettes vers les grand ville sont proposées sur certains jours gratuit vers Port-Louis ou Grand baie avec un horaire de départ et de retour!
