"The hotel is not for everyone of course but the staff are very attentive and helpful. Special mention to the reception ladies, Maria and Anastacia. Room is clean and with a reasonable price for the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel."

I also want to mention the staff at the restaurant who were assisting with breakfast. Additionally, my room was cleaned every day and every time when I was outside in the city."

"We recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience overall. The front desk staff went above and beyond; we had notified them of our anniversary prior to arrival, and we were touched to find a bottle of wine, chocolates, and fresh dates waiting in our room. It was a very thoughtful gesture that started our trip on a high note. The property itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Every staff member we encountered—from reception to the housekeeping team—was friendly, pleasant, and genuinely welcoming. My only critique is that for a 5-star establishment, the room felt quite small and compact. However, it was flawlessly clean, which made the space comfortable. A major highlight for us was the breakfast. It begins at 6:30 AM, which was perfect for our schedule as we had to catch an early ferry to Mykonos. The spread was excellent, plentiful, and offered a wide variety of high-quality choices. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-tier service and convenient amenities."

"Nice location to the ferries. When I checked in, I had a hard time communicating with the front desk even if he was speaking English. He indicated that my room was supposed to be ready but to wait a few minutes. I waited but the desk did not update me. I had to ask if ready after waiting 30 minutes. The room was large and had a kitchenette behind some Cupboard doors. Very strange swing doors to the bathroom. The roller blind on my door to terrace came undone - the bell person came and did his best to roll it up but broken. I also noted sugar ants the next morning."

"I only had one night in Athens before heading off to Paros and Filon was perfect. Lovely staff who were really helpful in helping me to check in for my ferry when the app wasn’t working! The room was basic but very clean and I had a great nights sleep. I’ll be staying again at the end of my trip."
