"When we checked in, the guest services desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Good size hot tub (was perfect temp) and pool area. The best part is the pool area is open the latest I've ever seen. Our rooms were really spacious, with a pretty big window to allow natural light in. Bed was pretty comfy, and I'm picky lol. "We stay here when we visit family. It is clean. I personally love the beds. We had a view of the water. The other side doesn’t. It is on the water adjacent to a beautiful park and pier. There are shops and dining within asking distance. We love it here. The restaurant was under renovation but we have eaten there before and the food is excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. We love it here and will stay again. "

"Had a nice stay here! The highlight was definitely the really big pool — surprisingly large for a hotel, and a great spot to relax. Breakfast was okay; there were enough options to fill up, though the seating area felt a bit confusing and crowded at times. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the pool alone makes it worth considering if you’re in the area!"

"Great location right off the interstate. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was recently built and was very nice. All of the staff were friendly and kind. The only comment I would have is regarding the use of a "barn door" style door for the bathroom in the rooms. It did not lock and it is easy to pinch fingers. I don't know if they have these in all the rooms, but I would not think these are kid friendly. Other than that I would definitely recommend."

- walked my pup along the Milwaukee River- terrific burger place in walking distance- lots of restaurants within a mile on port washington. My room was across from the stairs -randomly when someone came through the door of that stair well - my room door would rattle from the air blowing in the stairwell....
