Shower wqs not running and there was no soap and shampoo in dispensers in bathtub. It is really hard to make uourswlf refreshed there… No communication from host- no reply at all for 2 days in a row in my opinion makes this place as ‚do not recommend’."

"We loved the cabin with its beautiful windows and the cozy quilts. Nice comfy couches and a good location in easy reach of all the Girdwood attractions. Our only challenge was the confusion with their process. I was asked to submit my ID and credit card on a separate website despite using a prepaid platform (Expedia). It was concerning and not really explained by the hosts. Plenty of auto drafted messages explaining their process but I never felt like I had a person who I was talking to....

"Nice stay. Really enjoyed the coffee shop and our meals at the restaurants. We enjoyed walking the property and nearby trails. Alpine tram seemed expensive for a quick ride, so we passed on that option. Spa was wonderful."

"Simple basic clean room with fridge and large sink counter. Comfortable bed, Parking plentiful since it's a big green space out front. Would easily stay again if in the area. 'Self' checkin worked well thought I missed the notification of the Expedia checking details with room code details. So as long as you have cell service at that point all is good. Rooms have wifi, so maybe they have something by the old office building to get access."
