"I specifically booked this hotel as on the website the restaurant showed that the restaurant was open on a Sunday evening and served lovely fish. I even messaged asking to reserve a table. However, after a long drive, on arrival we were told it was not open which was very disappointing and annoying. And no one at the reception to assist you until 8:30 AM when you need to check out."
