The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great, lots of variety and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway was littered with confections from a party.

Chexk in was easy, the emplyee checking us in was very nice. This room and linens were clean. The toiletries were nice. I did not like the soap/shampoo dispensers hanging in the shower. The beds were not very comfortable - not the worst, not the best. This is a motel with entrance doors to guest rooms being outside. I notice in the exterior photos of the hotel and in the description, this is not shown or mentioned. That was a disappointment upon arrival. This hotel was ok for our one night stay.

The outdoor pool is heated. There were 2 ducks that absolutely love the heated pool, they sit outside the ledge of it, super cute. The staff is amazing all the way around, I lost my phone and the lady at the front desk tracked me down to return it. Food was good, bartenders were fun. I also dropped my phone in the trash... yes I'm a mess.. the groundskeeper saw it happen and insisted he get it out for me. Breakfast was also good, lots of choices to choose from.

The room renovations were very nice. We've stayed here before and will probably continue to do so for our trips to Portland unless the price keeps going up. Convenient access to Forest Park, Arboretum, Zoo, St. Vincents Hospital and new Reser Center in Beaverton. Affords a back route into Portland.

maybe get your TV's to work. 2 of us with seperate rooms had TV that did not have volume. for the price, we will not be back and since we race in the city almost across the street, we will let others know to go elsewhere as well.

I am so sorry that due to the awful ice storm the Portland area had like almost everyone in the area our Power went out and with that come some small issues that with time we are able to overcome! All of our staff worked very hard to make sure we could do all we could to accommodate everyone's needs in this difficult time. I hope you have a wonderful new year!

The staff was nice and friendly, the rooms were updated and nice. The only problem was there was a strong marijuana smell in the hall and it got stronger near the employee only door and all night when our heater would come on the smell would get worse coming out of the heater fan.

I stayed at this motel over Thanksgiving. The check in process was quick and easy. The price was affordable. The parking situation is not good. Very steep hills and a long walk to the room. The room had stains on the floor and my pillow had brown marks on it. There was hair in the sink. The room was not cleaned or serviced the entire day Thursday. I returned at approx. 9 pm and called the front desk. No one answered. I called again, no answer. I called a third time and finally got a response. The gentleman said he was not good at cleaning rooms but could bring us some towels. I also found a dead bug in the coffee maker. The second day the room was cleaned but the bed was not made and a dirty sheet was left on the floor.

We stayed for one night and didn’t try using the shower until morning when we found that the shower handle turned uselessly on the stub. No water! No refund and no shower before Thanksgiving dinner!

Hot tub need bubbles
Nice facility and location. A bit to close to a busy road so you’ll want a room in the back. The bed was pretty hard and didn’t suit the wife. Could have used an extra blanket but was able to adjust the heat to compensate. Overall I would stay again but ask for a room in the lower back portion of property. The hot tub was warm but not hot and lacked bubbles.
