가격에 비해 시설이 안 좋음
호텔에 전기 주전자가 없어서 차를 전혀 마실 수가 없었어요. 그리고 예약할때 주방사진이 있어서 사용할 수 있는줄 알았는데 도미토리 숙박자만 쓸 수 있다고 하네요. 가격에 비해 시설은 좋지 않았어요. 다만 교통이 편리하고 스타벅스가 바로 앞에 있어서 편했어요

Good value!
My room was right in front of the max and street car line. So it was rather loud, but other than that, it was a good stay!

가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 매일 하우스키핑은 이루어 지지 않았습니다. 하지만 그렇다고 청결이 문제되지는 않았습니다. 수건은 일과 후 매일 저녁에 프론트데스크에서 교환 받을 수 있었습니다. 숙소내에 냉장고와 전자레인지가 있어서 편리하게 사용했습니다.

Worst place
I reserved two nights here, but on the second day I did not receive any cleaning at all. They told me that the maid did not go to work and gave me only a new towel, not apology at all. We clearly paid for the accommodation (2 nights) that included the cleaning fee but did not receive the service we deserved and we were very angry. I wanted to move to another place right away, but there was no way. This is the worst place I've been traveling.

Just before you checked in our housekeeping staff had suddenly quit without notice, and due to the icy conditions it was very difficult to transfer maid service personnel from one of our sister properties. We apologize that you did not get the cleaning service you deserved. We appreciate you bringing this problem to our attention, and we have forwarded your comments to the ownership for review. Even if you will be seeking lodgings elsewhere we hope that you will still continue to visit our beautiful city whenever you have the chance.

조식이 없엇서 아쉽긴 하지만 짧게 머물다 오기엔 괜찮아요. 시내랑 가깝고 교통도 편해 좋긴 한데 아침 일찍부터 좀 소란스러워지는게 흠이라면 흠. (정류장 바로 앞이라 어쩔 수 없죠)

가격대비 완전 좋음
주인분이 엄청 친절하세요 반나절정도 캐리어도 맡아주시고 포틀랜드 숙소가 별로 없는데 가격대비 방크기도 좋아요 침대도 좋고.. 욕실도 엄청 깨끗했어요. 복도에서 홈리스 냄새가 조금 나긴 했는데 캘리포니아나 시애틀 길거리에서 자주 맡던 ㅋㅋㅋ 냄새라.. 방 깨끗한걸로 위안 삼았고 엘레베이터 없어서 3층 침실 받으면 처음에 캐리어 들고 올라갈때 엄청 힘들어요 하지만 이 단점 두개 제외하면 정말 좋았어요. 친절하고 방자체는 깨끗하고~~ 그리고 위치는 다운타운까지 걸어가기는 힘들지만 max타고 이동 하면 10분? max역은 숙소 바로 옆에 있어요.

Good value for its price
Good location, nice staffs, good value for the price. It was not fully equipped with the state of the art facilities though, my stay in the Value inn was great with the reasonable price.

Excellent location, free parking near downtown
Biz trip. Location is just excellent. It's not far from the center of downtown Portland. You can walk in 15 min or take MAXX or Bus across the hotel. Moreover, free parking place. PSU is close to hotel so you can get Starbucks coffee or drink easily. At night the bar at first floor is a little bit noisy and window is not quite well locked (The handle was broke). Price is quite low so don't blame the time-consuming hot water shower.

Very run down, old and slightly smelly property. Mold in the otherwise clean shower. The frequent low frequency rumbling of the streetcars outside was noticeable. Staff was friendly.

I did not actually get to stay here. My daughter and I did not make it to the hotel until about 2am. The woman at the desk was extremely unpleasant, she told me there was no reservation under my name, when in fact I had reserved with Expedia days in advance. We were turned away and I was forced to look for another hotel at 2am! On top of all of this, I was still charged at Downtown Inn. I eventually was refunded. I would never book here again nor recommend this place to anybody. The woman who works at night needs some training, she should not be allowed to deal with customers until she learns proper customer care.

Definitely a good value. Nothing exciting, but was clean and staff was friendly. No frills. Parking was nice but not for larger vehicles - it’s very tight. Location is fantastic.

I was getting ready for bed, pulled down the sheets and noticed several pieces of hair in between the sheets. As if someone laid there and they didn’t change the sheets. As the front desk for new linen the lady was rude and asked if I could change the sheets myself because she had to watch the front desk… she ended up moving me to another room - this time the sheets were stained. Couldn’t get a refund on the remaining nights for the room I had paid in advance for

Great spot for travelers on a budget! The place was super clean and check in/out was seamless. The front desk staff was always very nice and helpful as well. It’s definitely not the fanciest place in Portland but the price and location couldn’t be beat. The only downside is that the parking garage was really small and steep, but still would highly recommend this spot!

Parking is a tough situation here. They have a underground lot but the spots are very small and have support columns that make it hard to fit a small car. We were in a compact vehicle and ended up street parking after scratching our vehicle.

Parking is very tight. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing. The room itself was decent. Outside noise was loud in the morning, but that was expected.

Parking space was cramped and tiny. Pillars chipped a piece of my side mirrors from trying to get out. Parking is also first come first serve, and they don’t provide any assistance to accommodate, basically telling us to suck it up. Showers were extremely cold/lukewarm, barely heating up. I tried to get towels one night and the woman at the desk complained about it and accused me of bringing additional guests. She also yelled at my friends when they accidentally tried to go through the wrong door. DO NOT GO HERE. Not worth your money, not worth your time. They didn’t help us at all. Had to park at a garage that was 6 minutes away.
