포르투에서 일주일간 묵었어요. 비탈 가운데 있어서 올라갔다 내려왔다 하는게 좀 힘들고, 맨 꼭대기 방이어서 계단이 힘들었어요. 하지만, 포르투는 전체적으로 언덕이 많아서 어쩔 수 없는것 같아요. 방 안에서 살짝 강도 보이구요~ 조리시설도 잘 이용했어요.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms. The property manager was super responsive over whatsapp and even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. The room is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The location is walking distance to everything (about 8-10 minutes from the main churches and Livraria Lello). The building is very old, which can sometimes cause the bathroom to smell, but overall it was excellent value for the money.

Muito agradavel, limpo, aconchegante. Cozinha completa, so nao tinha maquina de lavar roupas. Lencois excelentes. Fomos bem recepcionadosnpor alexandre. Tem escadas, ficamos no ultimo andar, e fica numa ladeira (porto é cheia de ladeiras). Excelente custo beneficio.

Ein an sich schönes Apartment in bester Lage in Porto. In unserem Apartment in der 3. Etage hatten wir von der kleinen Terrasse einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den Fluss. Der Service von Hotel war super, weshalb auch die doch noch positiv ausfällt. Leider gab es auch negative Punkte, wie z.B. die schimmlige,verkalkte (in beiden Appartements) und kleine Dusche. Außerdem war die Heizung in einem Bad defekt, in einem Apartment waren Schaben, in dem anderen Ameisen und Wasserflecke an der Decke des unteren Apartments. Einige Punkte wurden allerdings innerhalb eines Tages beseitigt, soweit es möglich war.. Es wurde uns auch möglich gemacht das Gepäck am Abreisetag im Appartement zu lassen. Man muss auch ein bisschen Glück haben welches Appartement man bekommt, weil es wohl modernere und nicht so moderne gibt. Sieht man mittlerweile aber auch auf den Bildern.

Excellent location: very close to Ribeira, Dom Luiz bridge, Gaia. Numerous restaurants and convenience stores close to apt. Very quiet street and building. Used the metro to reach soccer stadium, the tramway for fun and the bus to reach the beaches - walking everywhere was easy uphill or downhill!

Ficamos hospedadas no estúdio do térreo e, no geral, a estadia foi razoável. Pontos positivos: A localização é boa, conseguimos visitar todo o centro histórico a pé. A cozinha é pequena, mas funcional. Pontos negativos: Tivemos problema ao fazer o check-in, pois chegamos no horário combinado e não havia ninguém para nos receber em frente ao nº 19, conforme a confirmação da reserva. Ficamos por 30 minutos com as malas e debaixo de chuva em frente ao número 19 , tentando contato com o responsável, até que nos viram e nos avisaram que o apartamento era no número 54 da mesma rua. Deveria ao menos ter um aviso em frente ao número 19 para o hóspede automaticamente se dirigir ao número 54. O espaço do box de chuveiro é muito pequeno e molha todo o banheiro ao tomar banho. Falta pano de chão para o banheiro, já que molha muito e para a cozinha. A limpeza estava razoável, o carpete próximo da cama estava molhado quando chegamos.

No nr. 19, são os apartamentos com 1 quarto e vistas rio e no nr. 54 os Estúdios e Estúdios superiores. Lamentamos e apresentamos as nossas desculpas pelo desencontro com a nossa colaboradora. Tínhamos recebido um pedido para guardar a bagagem às 10:00 e demos essa indicação à nossa colaboradora, que terá esperado durante algum tempo à porta do edifício. Está registado um mail Seu às 12:04, a informar que estava à porta e que não conseguia telefonar e terá sido após a leitura desse mail que da receção terão dado a indicação à nossa colaboradora de que já teriam chegado. Basement with a view
Very comfortable apartment, good facilities, nice view, well furnished, small cosy terrace. We were expecting the apartment to be on an upper floor but it's actually down a few steps from street level, but it's on a hill so the view of the river is over the rooftops at the back.

God beliggenhed, knap så god komfort.
Rigtig god beliggenhed, tæt på alt hvad man gerne vil se. Det er knap så rent og sengen trænger til nye madrasser, vi var der i november og værelset var meget koldt og svært at varme op. Vi var dog i byen hele dagen og skulle bare have et sted at sove og gå i bad og der var altid dejlig varmt vand.

The location once I actually found it was brilliant - and the property itself lovely. There was loads of hot water and the bed was super comfy. The shutters didn't close properly however which let in a slight draft from the windows and I could have done with a few cleaning products to tidy up before I left. The main issue really was in trying to find it, communication was good but it wasn't explained that I had to collect the keys from no. 19 and the property itself was further up the road. Knowing this would have been quite helpful as I would have known better what I had to do.

Besides the 134 steps up to the apartment :), the stay was amazing. It is the perfect location in Porto. Walking distance to most attractions and great restaurants in the area. The apartment was the perfect size. Juan, who welcomed us, was very helpful with any information we required. The beds were very comfy and it had all the amenities you require for a great stay.

Zentrale Lage, schöner Blick auf den Fluss
Sauber und gemütlich, leider auch etwas laut. Da eine Klimaanlage fehlte, müssten wir in den Nächten die Fenster offen lassen. Der Autoverkehr und die vielen Möwen raubten ein wenig den Schlaf. Trotzdem ist diese Unterkunft zu empfehlen, da die Lage hervorragend ist.

Amazing view, great apartment!!
My husband and I stayed four nights at bnapartments Rio. A few days before our arrival we received an email to set up a meeting for check-in. We were greeted outside the apartment by Barbara. She had also called in advance to confirm she was waiting for us. She was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. The apartment was spacious, quiet and had everything we needed including a fully equipped kitchen and wifi. It didn't have AC but there was a fan which was very helpful. But the best part was the view over the river! We couldn't get over how fantastic it was. The location was great. It was close to the center/river but at the same time on a quiet street so we could get a good night's sleep. The closest metro stop was Sao Bento which was 10 minutes away on foot. If we go back to Porto we would definitely stay there again!

Great views and clean
The flat had an amazing view to the river, was modern, clean and large, and the checkin staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent to walk to the nearby area but if you arrive late at night it can feel a bit dodgy as it's very quiet and dark. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment which actually was more like a studio with the room separated by the wall without a door, so it might not be ideal if more than two people are sharing and want more privacy. Overall a good stay. Negative comments: 1) The bed was not made properly. The duvet should be INSIDE the duvet cover, not just in between a sheet and the cover (maybe too much effort for the housekeeper?)! I had to make the bed properly myself. Also, there was no mattress protector which is very unhygenic!! 2) There were no basic kitchen supplies, like coffee/tea, salt and oil, so it is impossible to cook or have breakfast there without buying every single basic thing you need, which is inconvenient for a short stay. We stay at apartments often and most of the time they have some basic supplies.

Great Location! Very comfortable.
It's a little hard to find, but with Andreia's help we got there. We lucked out and got a good free parking spot a block away. Easy walk (well not too easy as Porto is a very hilly place!) to central square and promenade - less than 10 minutes to both. Comfortable room with everything you would need. Had the room on the top floor with a nice view down the river. Only minor problem was a very noisy flooring - old wood that creaked a lot, and up several flights of stairs. Neither was a problem that hurt our stay. It is not a deluxe apartment, but for the price it was well worth it.

Brilliant place & will be back again, the wet weather put a dampener on things, lovely people & reasonably cheap to eat & drink 3 day pass costs only €15 euros for metro, tram & buses & gets you to the airport on the purple or E line

Great location, fantastic apartment but poor sleep
Having an apartment in the perfect location with kitchen facilities is fantastic. The only let down was the noise from the fridge next to the bed, the noise from the main door of guests coming and going plus the traffic from the street (the ground floor is directly next to the street). Maybe the larger apartments on the higher levels eliminate this issue, but if noise disrupts your sleep, then avoid booking the ground floor.

great location and quality apartment
We stayed here for 4 nights and loved our time. The apartment is super close to absolutely everything and we could easily walk everywhere. Just be aware that OPorto is extremely hilly (so lots of stairs and steep hills). We were picked up by the shuttle service they offer for just under 30 euros which is extremely overpriced we found out later- you can get a train from the airport to the Sao Bento train station for 1.9 euros... And the Sao Bento station is only a 10 minute walk away. We were greeted by Andrea who was super friendly and explained everything; even gave us a map and recommendations on where to eat. Our time at the bnapartments was great. Shower and toilet was great and kitchen was well equiped, although no bowls for cereal in the morning... Also no washing machine for clothes but that wasn't an issue for us. great views from our room which we loved. Highly recommend staying here; fixed the boxes just perfectly for us.

El apartamento es espectacular y cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle. Las vistas son maravillosas. Muy buen gusto en la decoración. Muy recomendable para tu viaje a Oporto, a un paseo de todas las zonas y monumentos a conocer. Solo tuvimos un inconveniente con el wifi, que dejó de funcionar y no conseguimos volver a usarlo, aunque ahora ya no es un gran problema con el tráfico roaming europeo. Hotel limpio bien equipado con buena localización
La recepción por parte del personal del hotel fue excelente. Se ocuparon de nuestras maletas e incluso pudimos entrar en la habitación antes de la hora prevista que habitualmente tienen establecida. El apartamento está muy limpio y bien equipado, el que tenga cocina es un plus en caso de ir querer cocinar en algún momento. Se ubica cerca todos los lugares de interés, en una calle con pendiente y empedrada,como todo Oporto, con edificios que se están restaurando, principalmente para viviendas de alquiler turístico. Ambiente tranquilo, sólo las gaviotas nos despertaron. Fuimos andando a todos los sitios. La limpieza es de destacar, sin embargo, en algunos momentos puntuales sale del baño un olor a cañería. Esto debe solucionarse.

Porto apartment, 5-ish min walk from Bolsa Palace
Sufficient apartment about 5-ish minutes walk from Palacio da Bolsa. The floor creeks a lot meaning that you can hear when people above you walk..and people below you can probably hear you walk...

Great views from rooftop patio
Excellent base for exploring Porto with many good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Top floor studio meant three flights of stairs but worth it for the rooftop patio. Check in was smooth and the lady who met us was very helpful in recommending local eateries, etc. Studio was compact but everything needed, right down to a microwave and dishwasher (as if I'm going to use that on holiday!) Terrific value and I would highly recommend. Initially worried by other reviews of noise but it was really quiet and peaceful

Gute Lage, schön eingerichtet, Dusche ok
Alles in allem sehr schön eingerichtet, leider musste ich 20 Minuten warten bis mir endlich jemand aufgemacht hat und da nichts an der Tür stand war ich mir auch nicht sicher ob es das richtige Haus ist. Dann würde ich jedoch sehr nett empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber, nur die Dusche ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Wasser floss nicht ab und die Türen könnte man auch mal erneuern.
