아주 만족스러운 호텔 추천해요
아주 좋았어요. 숙소도 너무 예쁘고 위치도 좋았어요. 주방이 있어서 편했지만 다른 애어비앤비처럼 간단한 조미료나 오일등이 없는건 조금 아쉬웠어요. 세탁기는 있지만 건조기는 없어요. 그치만 호텔보다 좋으니 만족도는 좋아요.미리 준비하시라고 말씀드려요.

너무도 서늘한 고성형태의 숙박시설
2년전 9월에 8박을 머물며 최고의 레지던스라고 평가했던 기억때문에 이번 11월 여행에도 주저없이 선택한 숙소인데 이번에는 매우 실망하였음. 고성을 리모델링한 숙소라서 겨울에는 한기가 흘러나와 매우춥다는것을 간과한 탓에 샤워하기가 추울정도이었음. 온풍기가 2대 가동되고 있었지만 실내가 매우 춥게 느껴질 정도임. 위치도 좋고, 공간도 넓고, 내부시설도 쾌적 하지만 겨울철의 숙박에는 부적절 한것 같은 생각입니다

Everything was so fine that I could feel like home. Backyard where sharon flowers were blossoming was accessable from the bedroom directly. Close enough to the downtown and all the river sites and wineries.

Exceptional stay! You can stay anywhere but it is rare to find a location with so much character and history. I loved the perfect integration of the old palace with modern style. When I polled my family about their favorite part of our visit to Porto, it was actually the hotel that we enjoyed most! I had a great time chatting about a range of topics with Diogo and Pedro. They were class acts and went out of their way to make my family feel welcome. The recommendations provided exceeded expectations as well.

Location is excellent and staff are very friendly. Room was large too Property is quite shabby. My room had a lot of stains. No ability to double lock the door from the inside which is a concern for safety. Strange gap in the bathroom wall. Worst of all, ALL the doors slam and make such a loud bang. Woke me up multiple times and eventually couldn’t get back to sleep

Excellent location for touring the city. Close to historic sights and good restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our apartment was spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. Parking was a bonus as it is hard to find parking in the city. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this property. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment and we couldn’t have been happier with the space. It was so spacious and stylish and very comfortable. Also, the staff in the hotel and at breakfast really went above and beyond in making our stay so memorable. The special surprise for my birthday was very touching. We can’t wait to come back someday! Thank your for making our stay in Porto so wonderful!

Très bel appartement, bien situé, déjeuner extraordinaire et nous devons souligner les attentions à notre égard concernant nos besoins alimentaires, ayant mentionné le premier matin une allergie alimentaire au kiwi, nous avons eu droit à une salade de fruits préparée juste pour nous, et tous les matins de notre séjour sans demander. Merci à toi chère dame ( je ne sais pas ton nom). Un petit ''hic'' dans les comunications, on nous a dit que le funiculaire était à 3 minutes de notre endroit mais il n'était pas en fonction. Donc nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour remonter en haute ville, sinon par les escaliers c'est 20 minutes.Le personnel ne le savait pas. Sinon très belle expérience.

This was such a unique property! We truly felt like we were living in a palace. The staff were all excellent, especially Marisa at reception! She made us feel so welcome. The breakfast (and breakfast staff) were also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and it exceeded our expectations. The building used to be a palace, and has a lot of history and character. Our room was very comfortable, clean and stylish, with lots of space and all necessary amenities. It’s walking distance to major sites and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Prior to arriving I received an email asking about the details of my arrival, and stay so that they could accommodate all our requests. The gentleman at the front desk was amazing in every way! He greeted us, was kind, hospitable, accommodating and very knowledgeable. He spent close to an hour talking to us about questions we had regarding our stay and gave us great recommendations. Our room was incredible, clean, and had everything that we could want! And then the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious!! Overall, by staying at this hotel, Porto now has a very precious place in our hearts, minds, and memories ❤️

AMAZING! Condes de Azevedo Palace
Really loved staying here, it felt like we lived in Porto! We had our own apartment in the heart of the historic city. Easy to walk everywhere and peaceful in evenings. Diego & Marisa welcomed us with exceptional warmth and recommendations - thank you! We had a one bedroom loft apartment - it was very modern and stylishly decorated, absolutely to our taste. Our little doggie was made to feel very welcome too. Fully equipped kitchen, even with washing machine which was very helpful as we are travelling for many weeks. Large comfy bed and bathroom with large walk in shower & huge bathtub. Parking was a little expensive at 25 euros per night, but it was well protected and considering there's almost zero street parking, it was the best option. A lot of other places don't have parking at all. Would defo stay here again. 5***

It was such a treat to stay for 2 nights in a lovely 2-storey apartment in this 17th-18th century neoclassical mansion! Everything was well-designed, and I had everything I needed. The coffee maker and washing machine were bonuses. Nice view from the mini balconies across the garden to the city, including of the famous Clérigos clock tower. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal location close to many sights, the river and transport, as well as shops and eateries, but quiet at night. Definitely a favourite among the 15 places I stayed during my trip!

Staff at the property were wonderful! Walkable to most attractions except it’s very hilly, which is the uniqueness about Porto. The ladies at the breakfast were lovely, kind and welcoming.

The property was beautiful, including the garden/courtyard area. Having a private parking area was a plus as we were doing a driving tour of Portugal to visit other towns and Porto.Our receptionist was incredibley helpful, booking our Antique classice car for Port Tasting plus tour and also Liveiera Lello bookstore. The location was terrific as you can cross the Luis Bridge to get to GAIA and also walk down the hills or take staeps down to the Riebera District next to the waterfront. I am definielty staying here again!!!

We had 2-bedroom apartment w a full kitchen. The living room and kitchen are decent sized w vaulted ceiling. The problem we had was the bathrooms. The showrooms are just too small and awkward and water is either too cold or too hot and make it impossible to take a shower in. Staff seems to be nice… not until my son just could not find his newly purchased stuffed animal inside the apartment… and i was told I am going to be charged w the cost of an umbrella which we never borrowed… very sketchy

The Lovely Palace Acevedo
From the minute we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warm and genuine smiles! The building itself has 19 apartments. We did not hear anyone else once we were in our apartment. The space was more than enough for 2 people. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom plus there was an additional full bathroom on the first floor. Our place faced the main street and even then, it was quiet. We slept well and even stairs up until late hours just talking in the kitchen, and dining room area. We will definitely come back again!

This is listed as a 5 star hotel. However, in the room I was given, it felt like I was staying in my grandmothers basement. Cheap, worn furniture. Strange smell from the 2 tiny bathrooms with small awkward shower. Dark, cold. Chose to Leave early and lose money to switch to a real 5 star property where I paid close to the same price for much higher level of product. Night and day difference. Unless you really, really needed to use a small kitchen, there is no reason to choose this.

This property has amazing charm and its location is perfect. From this property cafe's, restaurants, shopping and major attractions are all within walking distane. The staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful. We certainly enjoyed our stay in beautiful Porto.

Unique property worth the stay
Great stay in a renovated 17th-18th century palace. Family-friendly accommodation with kitchen and large area for toddlers to stretch their legs, including garden on the grounds. Centrally located and within a mile walking distance of numerous sites. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Brilliant Hotel, would highly recommend!
Apart-Hotel is very nice! We had a 2-bedroom suite, and it was lovely, beautiful views, very clean and the staff are amazing! Breakfast was also fab. Kids (11 & 15) loved it.
