Tivemos uma ótima hospedagem. A acomodação é como descrito no anúncio e nas fotos. O hotel está em reformas e há quartos antigos e mais novos. Ficamos em um quarto novo, muito espaçoso e confortável.

O hotel é bom, boa estrutura, mas o quarto onde ficamos deixou muito a desejar pela posição, virado para estrada, e portanto muuuuito barulho o que foi bastante incômodo! Em frente à piscina tbm estava em obra, no mais tudo excelente

Péssima experiência. O quarto estava em pessimas condições, cheio de formjgas. O ar condicionado não tinha controle, tinha que ficar sempre ligado e na mesma temperatura. O descarga do banheiro nao estava funcionando. Nao oferecem toalhas para uso nas piscinas e tem varios avisos de presença de saruês.

O hotel tem boas instalações, porém não vale o custo benefício, apesar de estar na frente da praia (pé na areia) e ter bons recursos (piscina, sauna, etc). Café da manhã tem até uma certa variedade, porém os produtos são de baixa qualidade (queijo, presunto, pães, etc). Sucos são industrializados, pães dormidos, etc A limpeza dos quartos muito ruim, além de um cheiro esquisito no nosso. Exigem o uso de uma pulseira plásticas durante a estadia, que me machucou por diversas vezes (poderia ser uma pulseira de papel bem mais prática) O grande absurdo ficou pela cobrança de 150,00 pela rolha para beber meu próprio vinho na piscina, o resultado é que deixei de consumir no hotel e, de certa forma, deixei de usufruir de algo que paguei, que foi o uso das suas instalações. Enfim, não recomendo este hotel para ninguém. Há melhores alternativas na região.

Property has many sarue animals(Gamba-de-orelha-preta) running in the garden through the night. Those animals transmit diseases through the urine. It was very scared. Never more.

Ótima experiência pé na areia

O hotel fica próximo à balsa, porém um pouco afastado do centro de Arraial, mas é super tranquilo ir ao centro e às praias do distrito, as vans e microonibus param em frente ao hotel. O café da manhã é delicioso e bem farto - e tem tapioca fresquinha! O restaurante e o bar do hotel possuem uma boa variedade, para quem deseja curtir a piscina e a praia em frente ao hotel, que é ótima! Toda a equipe foi muito gentil, prestativa e atenciosa. O quarto que ficamos era espaçoso e confortável. Destaque para a cama e os travesseiros, super confortáveis. Possui estacionamento, acessível 24h.

O Hotel é bonito, espaçoso e atendeu as nossas necessidades, apenas no que quesito academia, deixou a desejar, pois consta no site ter academia e não tem, então uns 10 membros da nossa família, estávamos em 18 pessoas, foram preparados para treinar todos os dias e, infelizmente, chegamos lá e não havia academia.

Hotel/Pousada Muiiiito Bom (Quase incrível).. Voltaremos ano que vem com mais gente! Pontos Positivos: Ampla e linda estrutura de hotel. Piscinas (só faltou uma aquecida), sauna, ótimo restaurante, espaços muito confortáveis, muita sobra, muito sol, pé na areia com uma praia incrível. Funcionários da recepção e serviço de praia muito 10, com atendimento excepcional! Muita natureza, com um paisagismo incrível. Animais, passaros o tempo todo nas árvores. Quartos muito espaçosos, bem arejados, ótima vista em qualquer um dos quartos. Fácil acesso, logo após a chegada da Balsa. 5 minutos do centrinho de Arraial. Silencioso para dormir. Pontos Negativos: Limpeza e manutenção do nosso quarto (18). (3 dias para amenizar estes problemas). Falta capricho na limpeza, e maior zelo na manutenção. Mofo no azulejo e no forro de madeira (Fácil de resolver), Teia de aranha nos tetos, paredes e quadros, tb fácil de resolver. Necessidade de pequenas manutenções;

Elogios e costrangimento

Boa tarde prezado! Quero ressaltar que os dois dias de hospedagem foram excelentes, a acomodação estava confortável, limpa, bem como o atendimento dos funcionários bastante cordiais, a não ser pela falta de diplomacia do funcionário responsável pelo café da manhã que foi innãoflexível, insensível, arrogante e mal-educado ao permitir que eu e minha esposa adiantassemos o nosso café da manhã meia hora antes de abrir o salão, uma vez que precisávamos sair mais cedo da hospedagem para pegarmos a estrada ainda, na qual passariamos boa parte do dia. Insistimos para que esse funcionário entendesse a nossa situação e só depois de muita insistência e vários argumentos foi que ele permitiu que tomassemos café, apesar de todo material se encontrar disponível na cozinha só faltando colocar nos balcões para que nós nos servissemos. Depois ainda entrou em contradição dizendo que não tinha nada para nos servirmos que todo o pessoal estava chegando, que nem o pão havia chegado. Entretanto, depois disse que os funcionarios estavam cortando o pão, bolo e outros alimentos. Enfim, nosso café se resumiu a queijo, presunto e iogurte e depois com um pouco de boa vontade nos disse que havia ovo mexido e linguiça também no balcão, fato que nos deixou no final de uma excelente estada muito decepcionados, fazendo com que me sentisse obrigado a fazer esse relato contraditório, uma parte merecendo elogios e a outra uma reclamação contundente. Com certeza essa não é a política da hospedagem.
