O ponto que mais me incomodou foi o processo de check-in. Apesar de chegar ao resort antes das 15h, não é possível utilizar a estrutura do all inclusive. Os hóspedes ficam aguardando em uma sala até o horário de entrada e, nesse período, tudo é cobrado à parte (água, bebidas e alimentação). Em outros resorts que já visitei, normalmente é possível acessar as áreas comuns e começar a utilizar os serviços a partir do meio-dia, mesmo antes da liberação do quarto. Outro ponto negativo é o sistema de bebidas. Cervejas, refrigerantes e até picolés são servidos exclusivamente pelos funcionários. Não há a opção de pegar diretamente uma lata gelada ou escolher um picolé no freezer, o que acaba reduzindo a sensação de liberdade que se espera de um resort all inclusive. O bar da praia também deixou a desejar. A variedade de drinks é limitada e faltam opções mais conhecidas, como Aperol Spritz e outros coquetéis que costumam estar disponíveis em resorts da mesma categoria. O café da manhã é bom e atende bem às expectativas. A estrutura do resort é agradável e a localização também é um ponto positivo. No geral, achei que o custo-benefício não compensa quando comparado a outros resorts all inclusive da região. A experiência não foi ruim, mas ficou abaixo do que eu esperava para a proposta e o valor cobrado.

Gostei muito da estadia , da comida e as bebidas sempre bem geladas , os funcionários do bar muito atenciosos e carismático. Só acho que a recreação para adultos é muito curta e música ambiente na área de piscina fica muito tempo sem tocar

Muitas opções de comida e drinks. Cervejas Heineken, amstel, brahma e chopp itaipava. Hotel grande com muitos hospedes, por vezes pegava uma pequena fila nos bares. Pessoal dos bares, principalmente do beach club, atenciosos e prestativos. Espaço cultural, onde ocorre eventos a noite, poderia ser um pouco maior. Fica Cheio cedo. Pessoal da recreação podia tentar cativar mais o pessoal na beira da piscina, ainda que os hospedes em sua maioria sejam desanimados, algumas atividades deixaram de ocorrer por falta de quorum, mas estava cheia a area da piscina. Acredito que um contato mais proximo levaria mais pessoas a participarem, e não somente ficar anunciando no microfone.

Pontos positivos: funcionários educados e prestativos. Pontos negativos: alimentação com poucas variedades, tanto o almoço, petiscos, café da manhã. Pior que muito hotel sem estrelas. Faltou toalhas para a praia/piscina, faltou água onde lava os pés para retirar areia. Cerveja congelando com frequência. Cardápio extremamente limitado. Instalações pequenas e com poucas opções. Resumindo, não volto mais e pensem bem antes de decidirem por esse resort. Não vale a pena.

Positivos: cordialidade da equipe no atendimento, limpeza, chuveiro ótimo, boa assistência geral (tínhamos pessoa com mobilidade reduzida, e fomos bem atendidos nas necessidades especiais que haviam) Negativos: atraso de meia hora para liberação do quarto, mesmo após o horário definido pelo hotel para check in (15h), quarto ainda estava sem a limpeza para liberar; não há disponibilidade aberta da sauna aos hóspedes (algo muito comum em qualquer clube razoável). Sauna apenas com horário marcado e pagando extra por alguns minutos. Qualidade do sorvete servido é muito baixa. Qualidade da carne bovina (bifes e petiscos, especificamente) ruim (carne dura). No banheiro do quarto, torneira solta e box vazando água para o restante do banheiro.

Quarto limpo, funcionários muito educados e eficientes, café da manhã muito bom, bar precisa oferecer melhores opções de vinhos. Praia boa. Negativo a presença de muitos cães, que frequentemente entravam em conflito entre eles no “Beach Club”. Não tenho nada contra os pets, gosto muito de cães, mas a impressão é de que não teriam um tutor e será que estão com as vacinas em dia??? Observação: sabemos que a praia é pública, mas não teria um meio de fazer um controle mais adequado da vigilância sanitária, para o bem estar dos Pets e dos frequentadores (inclusive crianças e bebês) Mas no geral superou minhas expectativas.

Única parte ruim é que os brinquedos na piscina das crianças está muito precário, precisa de reforma urgente. Os quartos são bem claros também, a cortina não é blackout. da pra escutar barulho dos quartos ao lado e os de cima, sorte que levei ruído branco, se não ia atrapalhar dormir. A comida é maravilhosa, tem o tempo todo, Tudo muito limpo e funcionários educados, não comi nada na praia para avaliar, mas o mar de lá tava bem agitado e era fundo, não dava pra criança, fui final de março
