Because there was a danger in the pool and the jacuzzi; the 45 cuts are very hairy and someone could break their forehead or a leg. Also, water leaked from the bathroom if you bathe a lot, and when you close the window curtain, the black out curtain leaves a light up there, and in the morning that bothers your eyes.

The property is brand new and the rooms are decent, but the service needs serious improvement. Staff seem inexperienced, and everything moves slowly. Before arrival, I was told taxes and a hotel insurance fee weren’t included and would be collected at check-in. However, when I arrived, no one knew the correct amount to charge. With better training and clearer billing procedures, this could be a much better stay.

Todo bien, pero no me advirtieron que había que hacer un pago adicional en el hotel. Por lo que sumado ese valor a lo que ya había pagado me parece un poco alto el precio (relación precio/calidad) La habitación es un poco incómoda para compartir por qué la ducha no tiene privacidad hacia la habitación.
