10/10 Excellent

"We had a very good experience with our 4 night stay. We had a nice buffet breakfast each morning. Two evenings we had the buffet dinner. Food and selections of food were adequate. When checking in, do not expect to gain access to your room much before the advertised check-in time of 3 PM. I suppose it depends upon how booked they were the day before. We had requested early check-in several day prior to arrival. After a wait at the hotel, we got into our room about 2 PM."

"Well located and easy access to Lisbon. Everything is well within walking distance but there is metro or bus if required. Very clean and comfortable hotel for a 3 star. It is modern and well presented. The staff all spoke excellent English and were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great lots of choice of hot and cold, fruits, yoghurt, cereal, Pastries as well as eggs, bacon etc Coffee machine making fabulous coffee and choice of teas. Choice of milks including lactose free and oat The room was well laid out and the bed was king sized and very comfortable Excellent shower and no leaking on the floor which is a 10/10 for me! Overall we had a fantastic stay and I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel Thank you for having us"
