We couldn't fault the food in the bar, the staff or the breakfasts in the hotel but a few problems put a damper on our stay. Firstly the swimming pool and facilities were unavailable as the pool had a fault and the engineer was not due to come until the day we left. The rooms were noisy due to their position and there was shouting and music until 3am due to an event in one of the function rooms. The heating in one of our rooms was faulty and a light bulb had blown, neither were rectified before we left. The worst aspect was an unacceptable massage taken by one of our party in the hotels beauty suite. The therapist continually received text messages and read them whilst in the middle of the treatment - not at all condusive to a relaxing experience. The location of the hotel is lovely and centrally located for touring.

l'hotel est situé dans le comté de galway mais à 1h de voiture de la ville de galway! situé dans une petite ville l'hotel est un peu bruyant et les rideaux ferment pas assez. on est donc réveillé vers 6h au mois de juin... sinon le personnel est très sympa et on peut manger au bar de l'hotel c'est meilleur qu'en ville!

Good facilities, great price

We were attending a kart racing championship nearby and were pleasesd to find great accomodation at a decent price. The welcome at reception was fantastic, very fast and very friendly. We ate in the bar, the food was very good although the menu was quite short. Nice atmosphere in the bar. Breakfast was the usual buffet, everything including tea and coffee was self service which meant we werent kept hanging around as is so often the case. All in all a good experience and would happily recommend.

NON MALE, MA HO SOGGIORNATO IN HOTEL SIMILI MOLTO MIGLIORI

Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte. Avevo scelto e prenotato tutti hotels abbastanza simili a questo, per caratteristiche e prezzo, nell'ambito di un giro dell'Irlanda, e questo è quello che mi è piaciuto meno, pur in assenza di elementi gravemente negativi. L'unica esperienza veramente negativa è stata la cena nel pub dell'hotel: avremo aspettato un'ora e mezza, dopo parecchi solleciti, per mangiare un piatto, sebbene il locale non fosse pieno. Peccato, perchè il locale è carino. Abbastanza anonima la sala della colazione e la camera.
