“The accommodation was lovely, clean and spacious. It was the perfect location and the access to the hot tub was a brilliant addition.”

“Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests.”

“Fabulous location, great house for 3 couples with 3 bathrooms. We had such a lovely stay. The accommodation was perfect for our family get together, ideally located with 3 pubs in walking distance and so close to the water too. The house is managed by a a friendly helpful team. We would definitely recommend, and would return.”

“Lovely clean well equipped home, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. It was a very hot weekend and so some fans would have helped but that’s the only negative. Also a later checkout , perhaps 11am would have been a more relaxing end to a great weekend.”

“We had a lovely weekend in the Shepherd's hut. Very cosy. It is in a very rural position but only a short drive from Beccles and Bungay- we loved the foodie shops in Bungay and the on-site farm shop. It was great to pop out in the morning to grab still warm eggs from the chicken coop, and the goats and piglets kept us thoroughly amused. A really relaxing stay.”
